"We gave Baiken this lost child" is one of the funniest character development in the entirety of Guilty Gear, only beaten by "Sol is now Ky's father-in-law".
Top 3 Moments in GG History:
1. Baiken adopting a lost child who uses a sentient bed.
2. Sol is Ky's father-in-law.
3. Ramlethal began her turn to the good side via eating a cheeseburger.

-Sol using the statue of Abraham Lincoln as a giant battering ram

Honestly thank god we know his name is just Romeo, because I wouldn't have put it past GG devs to give a character a legal name like 'Bedman'

That's real neat that they started to make the arcade mode more detail by using the whole range of animation and some choreography instead of simply stand there and maybe idle, taunt, or dip

I gotta know... assuming bedman still "sees" the way he did in xrd, where he could sense the presence of other lifeforms but not the world around him as much (or inorganic things like robo-ky)...
What does Happy Chaos look like? Would he just look normal? Or like something else entirely?
Well essentially he is also a Valentine no? Although he is even less abstract seeing as he is the first magician guy (forgot what they call him) so unlike the Valentines he is even less artificial than they are. So I guess HC would appear rather normal.
@@JBasilix The name you're looking for Chaos is The Original, no idea how he'd look seeing as he's the way he is now by taking half of I-no's power and being consumed by the Universal Will twisting him into Happy Chaos. He's definitely organic so I assume he'd appear relatively fine?
@@JBasilix Nah, Chaos isn't a Valentine. 'Happy Chaos' overheard Jack-O talking about another potential Valentine unit with that name and simply stole it for himself, in reality he has nothing to do with the Valentines. Besides, all Valentines share genetic material with Aria and he's definitely not related to her.

@@wren8275 Wat I meant was that all Valentines are artificially created by the Universal Will which is also partially true for him. So he is basically a Valentine. Or as I said before partially since he is not entirely made from scratch.

Yep! Delilah and Romeo were the names of Freddie Mercury's 2/6 cats. Daisuke is a huge Queen nerd, so it's a neat reference.

So many details on this... I love not only the character which is the remaining of my loved Bedman from Xrd but also the story with Baiken and Ram... damn the story on GG is so touching sometimes.
I love how Delilah is just barely hanging onto Bedman while the mech transformed into it's bed form when getting abducted by aliens.
5:25-5:40 love the voice acting of this game, you can tell how much worry and concern is in her voice for the bed

The song is awesome but im a bit confused about the story it tells, its eather Romeo condemming himself to undeath to protect Delilah, or its his final moment as relayed to the Bed. Theres evidence for both, idk.
@@vincentpey3929Probably up for interpretation. Even his name has a ? at the end, which to me implies a direct sense of confusion or mystery surrounding that character, which I think fits what they're going for.

everythings great, except i wish happy chaos had more to say to bedman or delilah and i wish delilah had something to say to chaos, its not like delilah just forgave him cause baiken is helping her give up on revenge
she has some unique dialogue for Happy Chaos, though it's not quite as angry or mad as I was personally expecting. Instead it's more condescending, which is perhaps more appropriate as I feel her brother would probably have also just belittled him rather than treating him as an actual threat. She's just continuing the bed family tradition

He died at the end of Xrd -Revelator-, thanks to Ariels. However, his consciousness now possesses his bed and now the ghost of Bedman is effectively watching over Delilah from within the bed
I don't think that's actually a confirmed thing, that Romeo exists literally within the bed. If anything I would argue that the dialogue in their arcade mode implies that the bed is just following its programming, rather than acting with some sort of ghostly will. Also official sources such as guilty gear world explicitly state that the bed was programmed before Romeo's death and do not mention possession or ghosts, so yeah I'm not sure that it's actually possessed. That being said, I know a lot of other people hold the possession theory to be true so who knows for sure, perhaps I'm missing something
