In case you didn't understand what's going on. GP was trying to control the mist to take back Bilgewater but he lost in a battle of will's vs Viego. Ruined Gangplank lost the battle and MF took him to Bilgewater to execute him in public. But in the end Gangplank escaped from prison while they were fighting against Viego.
Theres nothing I love watching more than someone getting genuinely excited when someone/something they like appears, and Tobias just gets so excited when he sees GP it makes me so happy
