- A collaborative project made by different animators paying hommage to the famous 1928 Disney cartoon "Steamboat Willie". The short premiered at the D23 Expo on August 10, 2013. It was shown at the "Mickey: The True Original" Exhibition in New York.

I just love the whistle moment bit. The fact the team decided to make that part on traditional animation it's amazing. Legit looks like something that could came up just 10 years later than the actual short.

So they cut out all the parts where Mickey was violent to animals, but they kept in Pete chewing wacky tobacky? Guess it kinda makes sense since he's a bad guy.
