Same cycle, same types of stains, same amount of stains, same detergent… Candy reaches 75°C, Bosch 86°C+. Candy mainwash was A LOT shorter. They are close, but stains are LESS visible after Candy.. suprising😅 Most because it doesnt heat as much as Bosch!

Then again, unless you're an older person like me and remember being taught to let enzymes do their work at their optimal temperatures, most users, today, probably don't know about that. I n 2024, I would expect a machine which is set to such a heavy-duty program and high temperature to default to optimal temp. rise to get the most of the enzymes, frankly.
I wonder whether the better results in the Candy weren't because it spent longer in the optimum temperature range for the enzymes to break things down? I've always liked Candy. They are really easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and clean well. Unfortunately, their life expectancy is poor. Bosch is much better built. I would have expected more from the Bosch, to be honest. Perhaps the default dwell times at optimal stain removal temperatures were badly chosen by the manufacturer for this program?

first of all for anti stain the only serius detergent is powder ariel or persil, second, you should add some other item because they will brash between and get the dirty out instead of washing only one item. any way nice video and test i love it.
i saw a lot of professional stain test in laboratory, between a chip indesit and a miele, you know what is the result? miele take of 82 for cent of the stain, indesit 80 no differences visible... another one with beko and miele, same result the same and always the expert raccomand to spend less for washing machine because ok miele quality building, but now days they keep broking so often so no wort no more spend all this extra money. any way i use 3 different lg a bosch serie 6 i dose, an haier and electrolux no one take off the stain with professional detergent also, i tought it was my hard water but i add always every wash calgon if i don't pretreat notghing go away not even all nigh soaking or 4 hours washing cycle at 90 degrees

I’m planning on doing a similar test on my machines the 1999 Novotronic Miele and the 2014 top load Electrolux made Simpson. Test will be done at 40C on Short cottons in Miele which has similar wash cycle length to my Simpson normal cycle. warm/hot which is around 40C. But for it to be realistic I’m going to have a decent load not 1 item I never wash just one item unless it’s a quilt or thick blanket.
You always want to wash stained items on cold, even if it’s just a pre wash, because heat will set the stain, making it a lot harder to come out. I pretreat stains with detergent, scrub the detergent into the stain, and let it sit for a few minutes before washing.
These are both cold fill only machines, and both will do a cold phase before starting to heat the water, so I don't see the point of doing a cold wash. Plus the fact that dirt only properly dissolves at a temperature of 27,7°C or higher makes a cold wash a absolute no go, especially with heavy soiled items...
It's good to remember that those of us in North America are used to hot washes being done with hot water from the tap. You're absolutely right - I was taught to pre-wash in cold, then use a program specifically designed to keep the temperature at the optimum for enzymes to work well as the main wash. Of course, given that the optimal temperature range for today's enzymes is much lower than it used to be, it might just be that the Candy hit the dwell time better than the Bosch, which got too warm too fast for the enzymes to do their work.@@washingguy2414
All washers here are coldfill and most heat the water up to around 95°F which is the ideal temperature for the enzymes to break down stains. Some older washers also have a bio/eco/enzyme phase on the boilwash cycle. That allows the detergent to break down stains before the machine heats to max temperature to sterilize and “bleach” the laundry. Oxygen bleach gets activated by heat :)

Iskreno, ne ocekujem ni ja od Candy da pregura nesto jer mi uredjaje ne pazimo ni malo. Mi ih razvaljujemo od koriscenja. Ali videcemo. Da pere, pere savrseno, slazem se :)
@@bogdannb gorenje je gorenje najbolje. Jednu do dve serije su izbacili lose i odmah se iza toga popravili i vratili kvalitetu kvantitetu i dobrom ucinku. Ovde kod nas ima dosta ljudi koji i danas koriste gorenje aparate preko 20,30,40 pa cak i preko 50 godina.
Imao sam Candy, imam je još uvek, samo što su otišli ležajevi i može se popraviti, ali i pored toga uzeo sam za promenu Gorenje inverter. E sad, u pogledu pranja mislim da nema neke razlike ali je razlika u pogledu ispiranja ogromna na strani Candy veš mašine, ona ispira daleko bolje, i ima bolje opcije i programe pranja. Što se tiče kvaliteta, u prvih dva meseca bila je intervencije na Gorenju, jel je nakon nekoliko pranja počeo da škripi kaiš pa je to nešto menjamo. U pogledu Candy mašine, za 6 godina su jednom otišli ležajevi, koji su u garanciji popravljeni i nakon tri godine ponovo su stradali, te mogu reci da im je to problem, u pogledu ostalih delova, nikad nikakav problem. E sad videćemo kako će biti sa Gorenje mašinom. Mada, u poslednje vreme razmišljam da popravim Candy koja mi stoji jer ipak mislim da ona bolje odrađuje posao. Što se tiče guzvanja veša, nema razlike, to je do centrifuge.
@@miverrr imam 5 masina 2 beko 2 gorenje i tu candz, svih 5 ocuvane kao nove iako je jedna od njih iz 1974,no da te nedavnim candy ispira i pere bez premca ali posle 3 godine su otisli lageri menjan je komplet kazan i bubanj a posle nekoliko pranja i displej pa na posletku i amortizeri zamenjen je i kais i selektor.. Morao sam da cekam na delove 2 puta po 40 dana nisu hteli da mi daju zamenu bez obzira sto nista u njoj nije valjalo sem kucista i spoljnjih delova a to je moja zasluga. Rekao mi je otvoreno ovlasceni zastupnik za candy cim prodje garancija a to je 2025 odma bacaj i candy vise nikad. Napominjem da bi popravka ukupno kostala 700 eura da nije pod garancijom a da je sama masina kostala nova 300 eura
