Hi po Sir Basel. Pls put Milky Boy on diet. There are cat brand food like Science Hills Diet Weight Maintenance for cats. I fed mine with it and lost weight. For adult senior cats, they are prone to kidney disease, arthritis, etc. Praying for his soonest recovery. Thank you for taking great care of your furbabies. Yeah, that's what i would like to say. Nahihirapan na xa kasi sobrang taba na. May cat din ako I'm a cat lover. Sobra ko xang mahal she's my family. Same kay milky boy overweight na rin at hirap nang maglakad. Her dr. is putting her on diet now dahil obesity can kill her kung hindi ako magiingat sa pagbigay nang mga pagkain sa kanya.
Spoiled kc cla super loved and mdmi supply kaya cgro naooverfed din. un nga din sabi ng Vet Overweight cla 5-8kls lang ata ang recommended if tama rinig q. c Milky 12kls na ata.

i have 4 rescue cats at home. i had a similar incident with one of them as milky boy. he stayed in the pet clinic for 7 days and then with a cone for another 7 days. it has been a month since then and he has recovered well. he was also overweight and we were advised to put him on a diet to bring his weight down to the ideal weight. they are like people also. the heavier they are, the more prone they are to illnesses. in the cats’ case, they are prone to diabetes (kidney problems) and heart problems. so far, we have brought his weight down 200g. 800g to go. we cannot free feed our animals even if we think it is ok. if we truly love them, we discipline their food intake too.

Same happened to my cat he's crying when urinating, it's UTI. I gave him sambong medicine. Thanks God he's ok now. Pray for your quick recovery milky boy🙏

Praying for Milky Boy!may i know the findings about Milky Boy?if ti's only Uti it can still be treated orally.6 days of confinemnt was too much.i had my cat confined for 3dys only w/ catheter & until then he was ok.no more checkups.i just switched their dryfud to Special Cat Urinary.i buy it in Cartimar bcoz it's pricey here in Las Pñas.Cat Clinic is only for breed cats.u can try The Animal House also in Alabang.
It’s definitely life-saving to have him evaluated and treated immediately for the UTI, because he would have sepsis that could have caused his life. The veterinarian was 100% correct. UTI is very, very painful both to humans and animals. He was miserable, it’s good that you took him immediately to the vet clinic. He needs antibiotics and hydration. Good job👍👍👍🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I didn't have enough money to always bring him to the vet for consultations. He was just like that, unable to urinate, eat, or poop. He stayed by my side at first, and I knew he wouldn't last long. I told him that if he couldn't endure it anymore, he should rest, but I cried and cried because I knew he wouldn't last long. It's painful to lose a loved one, even if it's an animal-they are part of the family. Anyone with money would do everything to treat their pet. Like yourself Sir Basel, your Milky Boy needs to walk on the grass or in nature more often to have some "grounding" with the earth. An airconditioned room is not the best place for them to stay, even though they might like the cool air. You need to do some grounding too Sir Basel. When we're grounded to the earth, we become more stable and less prone to illnesses. Peace and namaste to all of you, including your furry family :)!

Our cats are mostly rescues. They come from litters thrown away like trash by people who treat them that way. When one gets sick, it becomes challenging, emotionally and financially. When they don't make it, after vet intervention, it's just heartbreaking!

I am also taking care of nine cats myself all neutered and spayed, were strayed, but not anymore. They live in my garage with four cat litter boxes which I clean everyday. I love them although I can't pet them. They really keep me going.😼😻🐈⬛🐈❤❤❤

Renal disease is common in cats,...my vet explains to me some cat food esp. dry food will cause renal disease...try to feed your cats with 1 meal wet food, n 1 meal dry food....bless yall n ur cats have a blessed healthy life😊

Dry cat food can cause crystals. It's better to feed a combination of wet and dry food. 70% wet 30% dry.
one of the most heart breaking is seeing our furbabies sick. they can't say what's hurting and we can't even understand why it is happening. we do not deserve our furbabies as they are the purest. and they do not deserve to feel the pain.
