If there's only one unlocked at Captain Rank... I wouldn't say Pursuit Force as an organisation has access to the best prototype weapons.
I got this game again recently. I used to love playing it when I was younger, but back then I never did get a chance to beat it. I've beaten it now though. Great game, though patchy in areas.
Shadsilvson11 I’ve beaten when i was 8 yrs old. Had some difficulties, but good memories tho. Now i’m playing it on psp emulator again, It feels much more easer now, than back in the day :)
The second one is probably best in my opinion; protagonist actually talks, less Saturday Morning Cartoon vibes. But this still brings back nostalgic memories.
I found the best music was definitely from the killer 66 the gang had great music playing in the back and when you took down the Lieutenant or Monster Toshima

I personally found that the Vixens had the best cars and they were the best at one on one combat since there the only gang you never fight on foot. And i personally found The Fox cool, (no simp)

In pursuit force, it takes 20 shots to kill (or at least appear to kill) regular people, and boss characters take 100 hits to defeat them.
