They're the only gang that doesn't appear on the news at the game's intro, so I'm guessing they only arrived by the time Pursuit Force began hunting criminals down.
@@Willzyyy pretty damn hard indeed, but storywise, they somewhat stand out from other fractions- vixens, convicts and capellis look like generic criminals to me, being busy with robberies and murders. While warlords are stealing nerve gas, nukes and rig buses with speedometer bombs, that's what makes their missions a bit more original. I guess only Killer66 can compete with them in these terms.
@@Leo-ym5xn the 66 though are just basically the Yakuza that has a more agressive approach in doing crime since they kidnapped the Mayor's daughter for example
I've got this fanfic scenario in my head in which the boss fights against the General and Whiplash were happening simultaniously. Sarah Hunter was in charge of the mission against the General, keeping him occupied while the Commander got the whip from the Vixen leader. Not only he manages to defeat her in time to return right to when the battle is about to end, the two together defeat the General, telling him something in the lines of: "Not bad for wanna be cops. Right ?"

How difficult is it, easy? Yes on medium difficulty, the bomb mission is almost impossible to complete

The Warlords are the whole goddamn reason I couldn't progress.
They are the hardest for some strange reason! The velocity mission was brutal with all those damned curved roads haha!
