There going to be some difficulties if you can't answer other players' questions. But that doesn't mean you can't play this game without mic. You should be fine as long as you cooperate with your team and listen to what they say.
@@S2Kap2 I heard the community is awfully unwelcoming to quiet newbies. As in, if they notice you're a noob and dont have a mic, then kick/ban you in a heartbeat. Is this true?
How hard is it to run this game? My PC can't run beyond the wire and squad has the same engine. I just can't tell if beyond the wire is poorly optimized or not

You likely wont be able to run it. I can run all other games fine 1440p but for some reason squad runs like rubbish on my system.
