I hate to give in to the conspiracy theorists but was Luka clearly hurt, tonight I mean. On defense, (where you are feee flowing quick twitch muscles reacting) he played above his usual play. Much more tbh. It’s like on offense he is just in his own head, which could stem from injury originally, but now he seems fine physically.

Mavs Fans here, but have to agree based on this series that SGA deserves to be in front of Luka in MVP race. Come on Luka , show Two Good win that shows this isnt true.

7 turnovers and he cries after every play, even a positive one. Dude needs to grow up and play the game if he wants to win this series.

You can’t comment on Luka’s response to officiating without commenting on the officiating itself…you’re not the one copping the dirty plays and deliberate hard contact then getting soft calls against you the other way
When OKC were cold in first half, the refs kept them in it with constant questionable free throws…when DAL went cold, we couldn’t get a call
I’m with Luka, there are definitely different rules applied to him compared to SGA

Nah, it doesn't go that way. While SGA is getting every soft call imaginable, Dort is riding Luka all over the flour.
Plus the refs let SGA get away with pushing the defender away and/or with elbowing.
There are different sets of rules for these two teams and it is obvious.

Luka has zero leadership, what kind of message does that send to your teammates when your best player is having a tantrum? Jokic would never

His circumstances have all lead to this. For 5 years now he’s been allowed to act as if the court is his personal playground and now that he has a little adversity he can’t reconcile it in his mind.
“How can this be possible”, “No one can hold me accountable… I’m the greatest young player ever”, “my role player teammates are playing well, then how are we possible losing”.
It’s a circular mindset stemming from never having anyone sit him for a quarter when he cries on the court (not just kidd, btw)and now he has the injury excuse so it makes taking the easy road out, well easier.
We have a star player that hasn’t jumped at the rim in months, even on a fast break layup both of his feet get one inch off the ground(on defense he jumps for blocks so it isn’t injury but injury and laziness). His actions have all led him to this point and now it’s nut up or shut up time.

@@DunningKrugerJnr why? Because he had a great game? That doesn’t disprove my point. Constantly complaining about the refereeing is terrible for your team when it’s a close game and things aren’t going your way
