Putting your face cam on the bottom right of the screen would probably make more sense. “End Turn” isn’t really all that important to see, but your gold IS important to see
@@Tessarion7 maybe if they made it harder to get the protection effect, like it can only gain protection from removal if the sacrifice towers had all 4 categories of towers? @@notaslimepanda9552 Tbf I actually noticed that too, you aren't even wrong. Any opponent with enough unknown cards in hand can theoretically be scary.
Its actually surprising to see how many people have started using sun temple... its such a good card and basically almost a necessity ultra late game x)
Buff idea: On removal by opponent, temple will turn vengeful during the animation and strike the opponent for a large amount of damage. Maybe 2x the temple's damage stat, and also nonlethal, never lowering opponent health below 5. If stolen... have they added the sun avatar yet? Downgrade it to that for what the opponent actually gets. Nerf idea: Lower base temple power and base sacrifice boost and allow sacrificed tower costs to give an additional boost up to what a max temple looks like right now. Edit: Basically just add both and make it a rework. It's not like the extra text and complexity is a problem, since it's literally the only card on your side of the board. Btw, I play Magic the Gathering and hate removal with a passion, so I've got some light qualifications for this kinda stuff. I want my big scary investments protected. I want vengeance. There are limits to the disparity between actual cards and counter cards you can allow, and Expert Negotiator was already triggering those alarms in the back of my head lightly. The sun temple has them on full alert. This could be upwards of 30 gold and 6 cards invested only for your opponent to flip it to their side for under 10 and 1. That and the temple can't end the game on its own, meaning the opponent gets a long time to fish it out. Eating 450 nonlethal damage and downgrading it to a sun avatar really doesn't sound that unbalanced to me. It just means you need to heal up to avoid getting killed by your opponent next turn and continue playing with your opponent spent and you near death.
I think a big problem is that the temple sacrifices all of your friendly monkeys which can be really bad as if the temple gets removed, you basically lose all your friendly monkeys. So am idea I have to solve this problem to to be able to choose how many monkeys we want to sacrifice for the temple or none at all. That way if the temple gets countered, at least you still have your other monkeys on the board and not just the temple. This also fits into how the temple worked in the other games as the game would actually give you a warning right before it transforms the songod into a sun temple.
@@AyaanMansuri-gn2bg that’s an interesting way of going about it, or maybe if you manage to sacrifice each type of tower (primary, military, magic, support) it’ll provide some type of bonus such as protection from removal or ones that you and the others mentioned
Maybe make a village card where stuff surrounding it is unremoveable, but itself is removeable, that way its harder to remove stuff but not impossible. Its kinda like pvzh canopy.
This might be a nuclear take but I kinda wish that the sun temple had protection from tower removal. If you live to put 5 towers on the table and hoard 18 gold you kinda deserve to keep the temple.
@@flowerbruh I think having removal protection still allows for some risk like stunning, attack lowering and ammo delay but atm there’s too many risk to even consider playing it
I disagree it should have inherent removal protection because that would just turn it into an auto win button however having other towers/powers that can block for the temple would be really nice because it sucks how a casual shrink or Amelia ability (which is basically free that late into the game) can just delete all your hard work with no counter play
