This is my testimony of my sleep paralysis experiences and how I got it to stop. The truth behind sleep paralysis. I Hope this truly helps you.

To everyone who experiences this... Next time this happens call out the name JESUS.. Say "JESUS, JESUS, JESUS CHRIST I BELIEVE, JESUS SAVE ME, JESUS HELP ME, JESUS JESUS" JUST KEEP CHANTING THE NAME above all names JESUS Christ. Call out to Jesus. It may be very hard for you to say the name even almost impossible at first but force through it and keep pushing to try and say the name JESUS until you can scream it in your mind. And just keep saying "JESUS, I BELIEVE, JESUS SAVE ME, JESUS, JESUS, JESUS HELP ME JESUS". Some of you may or may not be religious but hey, give it a shot, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If you just have faith the size of a mustard seed and believe in the name JESUS that it will work, believe Me, it will work. Just BELIEVE it will work and it will work. Try it full heartedly and I guarantee you it will work. What other option do you have in a situation like that. Also to try and prevent any future attacks try praying every night to Jesus and ask him to be with you while you rest. Ask him to cover you in a blanket of his blood while you sleep and to be with you when you wake.. Pray it every night while in your bed before you sleep...

Myriah Jasmine I started getting sleep Paralysis after taking sleep medication. I felt myself sinking and then a loud ringing in my ears that got louder when I would squint my eyes. I have not seen anything but I felt scared and I felt there was something there. I always slept on my side or my stomach. Once I noticed I was in sleep paralysis I shut my eyes tight and tried to open my mouth to say the word Jesus. I could not say it so I shouted it in my mind and a few seconds later I woke out of it.

He is absolutely correct. Jesus Christ is the answer. Call out to him and speak scripture. Also do not sleep with lights on and stay away from meditative music. I know this sounds strange but i have had some of my worst attacks falling asleep to the calming type of music.

I'm glad I found your video. I thought I was going crazy! No one would believe that it happened, but it did! I'm not religious at all, but in my terror of the attack I yelled out "in Jesus's name God help me". The demon just instantly vanished, just vanished! I don't know what to say or think, but I'm glad I'm not alone. This is real!
Brother, seek a pastor or church you are comfortable with, repent of all your sins and accept Jesus into your life and he will release you from all evil.

I used to be athiest and suffered from sleep paralysis for decades until Jesus opened my eyes to Himself in 2014. Before that i had many serious emotional problems and addictions (in addition to the sleep paralysis) and the Lord just emptied me of all that darkness and healed my heart! ❤️
It doesn’t matter if people make fun of you or get mad at you (in other words, persecute you) for telling the truth about the reality of demonic attacks & professing your faith in Christ. Suffering persecution for the sake of Jesus is a *GOOD* sign, don’t be afraid of it! The Bible speaks many times about rejoicing as we suffer persecution of any kind for the Lord, for as we share in His sufferings, we will share in His glory (see Romans 8:16-17). The Lord is WITH YOU through your sufferings as long as you put your trust in Him & obey His teachings.

Same thing happened to me. I finally called out Jesus Christ's name and told the evil presence in the room that he was my savior and in his name I commanded the evil to leave and never return. And I have not had sleep paralysis since!
There is POWER in the name of Jesus Christ. If we do not understand this as Christians then we do not have the right relationship with God.

I am a new ( Born-again Christian) and last night I was listening to Worshipping Songs as I woke up around 2 and paused it , after my phone stop playing Holy songs I had sleep paralysis and while I was in the episode I just focused on the lord and it didn’t let me fully focus on him because it didn’t let me think but I was fighting to focus on Christ , until I won with Christ by my side

I too was 17 years old when Sleep paralysis hit me. I was raised Baptist but I turned my back on god during that time. I eventually became Agnostic Atheist and remained that way until age 33. Between the time of 17-33 years of age; I was absolutely and completely terrorized by the dark forces(well over 150 instances of sleep paralysis episodes). Upon the second time I experienced sleep paralysis; They did not hesitate to reveal themselves to me. I wont forget it standing at my door and the 4th time; it standing over my bed(red eyes) speaking to me in words I couldn't understand yet I could understand what it was saying to me. It claimed dominion over me. I kept to my atheism and my sinful life; and being the logical and scientific person I am...NEVER thought I would turn to theology yet alone monotheism. 33 came and something very powerful and unexplainable happened to me. A sequence of events that made me say "Okay, there is absolutely a god". The two nights before I dropped to my knees to god; they terrorized me the worst I have ever ever experienced. Its like they knew I was about to turn. Needless to say, after I was saved I was still attacked. But the difference; I used the authority of Jesus Christ and they fled like scared little girls. They never attacked me again; and if they come back...THEY WILL REGRET IT because the father, son, and the holy spirit have dominion over me now. A verse I want you to read and the last sentence is very important "See, I have given you authority to tread on snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you. 20Nevertheless, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, BUT REJOINCE THAT YOUR NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN!.” PRAISE HIS NAME!!!!
If you don't mind me asking, what are you now? You said you were raised Baptist. Are you a different denomination?

If it is a medical condition, WHY DO PEOPLE SEE THE SAME THING ? why is it always evil and never good ! I’ve been through it and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
It is a medical condition and we see things because we are still sleeping. Obviously in such situation we will hallucinate something bad only. Nothing good will be coming in our mind.
And this lasts for only few seconds so you feel like as you start chanting Jesus it stops.
If it happens again to you I'll advice try taking deep breaths. It helps..
@@dikshashetty4207 I have a lot of experience with Sleep Paralysis. For a long time; I would agree that it was a Medical condition. Also I was an Atheist for a very very long time. So I know your skepticism. Let me tell you; only the power of Christ can repel this evil. I never thought in a million years I would say anything like this because I always despised Christian and Christianity for its perceived superstitions and hypocrisy but everything I said to you is completely true. if you experience this I hope you heed my warning and consider what I told you.

Even I believe in gods that we Indian's praise. But I don't mix it up with all the things that goes on in my daily life.

demons get open doors thru your life in music you listen to, movies like horror demonic movies, or even unforgiveness, but mainly when you mess with the occult or entertain it
I use to get it but never mess with any of that stuff thank God it's gone.
It’s not the demons that do that, it’s the demonic spirits, those who have past but remain in Sheol because they refuse to go to Yahweh. They can be anywhere or with anyone but when you know and practice the word of God then we have an armor we can put on for spiritual warfare
@@puffymuffin9064 I believe you, I have the gift to see. You most likely had people that were still in the world and the spirit was with them and they came around you and then they follow you. It’s very important to choose carefully who we are around.
I was oppressed by "shadow people" for thirteen years, all because I bought a cursed souvenir when I visited Kenya and Uganda for three weeks. I was also occasionally attacked by the same "sleep paralysis" demon(s), but this was not related, as it started long before I went to Africa. With all these demons working together they eventually became extremely strong and started attacking me in hordes in my dreams. I would have to run and fight for my life every night. I'm a warrior at heart, and I would always find something to fight with, so I would win the battles every night. The problem was that not only was I waking up feeling exhausted every time, but I also had post-traumatic stress from the horrifying combat. They wore me down over a period of about a week, then I realized I couldn't do it anymore and sought help from my mothers pastor. He called in a demonologist who helped me figure out that I bought a cursed object, and they said I needed deliverance. I agreed and Jesus saved me! Nothing of the sort ever since! Praise the Lord!

I've experienced sleep paralysis before and one time I had something say to me, "I have found you"..I even remember the first time it all started. May the blood of Jesus protect and cover our souls every night.
I am crying hearing this...very touching...I suffer from sleep paralysis since about 20years and through my positive lifestyle i was able to minimize those happenings but WHEN they happen it still traumatizes me for several days and i dont know how to deal with it... i could not yet stand or sit up and tell them that my light is stronger...but i will try that next time...thank you for the input and YOU ARE SO STRONG! RESPECT!

i get sleep paralysis, the nature of what i used to see drove me to Christianity. i now accept the sacrifice of Christ and know the Holy Spirit. the terror which was once induced by sleep paralysis has been replaced with a relief, that now I belong to God and cannot be troubled the things of this world.

Thank you for sharing this testimony. I had sleep paralysis since I was 13 or 14 years older and it lasted over 5 years. It started getting to the point where I would have a dream within a dream and wake up from my sleep paralysis within the dream and think everything was okay to only wake up again. I was gripped in fear and I had read that same verse in Samuel and that night at age 19 I called out to Jesus and said his name and from then on my sleep paralysis had no power over me because I would call out to Jesus and he would stop what was attacking me. I am now 21 and I still have it every now and then but what is different is Jesus is with me so those demons have no power, no authority over me or my life. Jesus is real and he saves. Call to him in the day of trouble and he will rescue you! Praise be and All glory to Jesus Christ. Amen

I had 2 similar occurrences ofsleep paralysis/demonic attack.
First one that occurred, I fell asleep on the couch in the living room, as I was sleeping I was dreaming a dream, a bad dream. I usually slept with my brother in one big bed, and as soon as he would come close to me or touch me, I would push him to let him know to move. So as I was in this bad dream, I felt my brothers elbow touch my arm, so instinctively I wanted to move his elbow, as I attempted to do that, I didn't feel it anymore, as soon as that happened, I realized I fell asleep on the couch, I was sleeping on my back, with a thin blanket as cover. As soon as I realized I was in the living room couch, I felt great pressure on my entire body, and it was pushing me into the couch, so much so, that I felt the frame of the couch through the cushions. Also at the time, my tablet was next to me, and I could hear static sounds like from an old tv emanating from it. I tried to scream, but all I could hear were muffled sounds of my groans. Mind you I didn't open my eyes out of fear for what I would see. After I exhausted all my options to free myself, I remembered the passage from the bible, "who soever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Granted I grew up in a christian family, but I have my doubts, and im not really religious. But as soon as I started saying in my head "Jesus please, help me" within 5 or 10 seconds I felts how the pressure was letting go, and when it was Gone, I felt peace. I don't know what happened and why it happened.
Second time it happened, it was during the day, I took a nap on the same couch, but was sleeping on my stomach, it happened the same way, but without the dream and the static. This time I heard the computer chair spinning as I was paralyzed. yet again I called to Jesus, and it went away. and I never had it since which was like 3 years ago. I don't know why or how. but Its a terrible thing to experience.
WOW! Thank you so much for this video. This could have been my testimony. I have experienced the exact same thing. Almost to the T. The only difference is that I never saw anything, but I felt a heavy presence. It's been about 3 years now, and ever since I gave my life to Christ, I have never had sleep paralysis again. I called on the name of Jesus (In my head, because I couldn't speak while having sleep paralysis). But it was like I was shouting His name. He has literally snatched me out of the hand of the enemy. So the verse you quoted from the book of Samuel is so relevant to me as well. Jesus is alive! And so faithful, merciful and gracious. I think that if I didn't call on Jesus, it would have become a lot worse, because, like with you, I started getting it as often as once a day... Blessings to you and your family, my brother!

Amen! That’s exactly true. I experienced it and now my daughter is experiencing it and it made me pray hard. I’m teaching my daughter how to fight against these evil spirits with prayer and calling on the name of Jesus!

You got the message out to others who suffer as you did, and through your testimony they can free themselves of this very disturbing and frightening problem. . My 13 y/o daughter is going through this and she is frightened. I am going to,show her this and I know it will make her feel better. I did just this and the entity in my room got upset and threw me off my bed but it left and hasn’t come back in a long time. I’m a Christian but I still get attacks. They call them hypogogic hallucinations in medical science sometimes I am frustrated because I can’t sleep because they startle me because they feel so real

I've had sleep paralysis since I was at least 7years old, my mother who recently passed, my daughters, and now two of my son's, have also experienced SP, if it is at night most time's I will feel a demonic presence, and hear sounds, like a buzzing, wings flapping, and lately Whispering, I can only see a shadow on my side or behind me, it never let's me see it directly, I tell it, let me see you in Jesus Name!!!but it never does... there are times my children are near, and I cannot be woken, my kids have even slapped me, and moved me viciously during sleep paralysis, I cannot even feel anything, just hear the sounds of them trying to wake me, this morning at 6:30 a.m. I had one, and I felt an evil spirit right behind me it was a young female voice whispering to another, I could even feel the breath of one on my back, I new they were planning something concerning me, I began to call out to my Yeshua/Jesus and bind, and rebuke the evil spirit, when I finally came out of the SP, I jumped up quickly, and saw only through my side vision a dark shadow on the floor to my left, I turned quickly however it left before I could see it directly, I cried out loud to my Father Yahweh, and began to bind and rebuke the sense of the evil presence I could still feel, In Jesus/Yeshua's name! I just realized today that this is a curse that has been in my family and it was time to fight back! I text my daughter's, and one of them suggested we get together and break this curse in the name of Jesus/Yeshua! I claim Victory over this curse! It is already broken in Jesus name it is done!!!

This has been the most insightful video on sleep paralysis for me. I have been having sleep paralysis from when I was 17. I'm 23 now. I have always been a Christian. I feel a negative presence before it happens. I feel terrified because I know when it's about to happen. The worst experience I've had was when I felt it about to start when I was sitted and on my phone... Fully awake. It was like a nullifying wind approached me fast... My ears feeling a bit blocked. The ringing. I leaped out of the sofa to wake up the person I was sitted with who was now asleep. Mind you I'd just spoken to him 30 seconds ago. First I'd screamed his name about twice and he didn't respond. Then I knew I had to get up and wake him up and he admitted he didn't hear me call him even once. I have experienced everything except seeing my attacker physically. I don't want it to even get there. I was at the verge of giving up and just getting used to it. But thing is, you cannot just get used to it. This video is relevant. There is nothing scientific about sleep paralysis. This is a spiritual problem. Thank you for sharing. I'm definitely going to implement what worked for you. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities
i experienced that ringing and tingling sensation too. i thought it was a panic attack during a sleep paralysis. because i also had panic attacks. idk really, could also be due to dehydration.
Alysa Fajard this was always the sign that there was a presence in the room in my experience . I know it's easy to try and just call it science or be logical about it but at the end of the day we cannot deny the gravity of this situation.

I've experienced sleep paralysis once and only once in my life. There was a dark entity in the room with me and as it got closer and closer I tried to call for help but could barely mutter a sound. It touched me and everything went black. In the proceeding months and years, my depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviors got stronger than they've ever been and they've only started to go away once I found myself in church again. I forgot about that night and brushed it away for a while, but as I'm getting in to ChristTube, I'm really starting to wonder if a demonic force entered me that night, and if it is gone, or just hiding.
After having sleep paralyzes and you wake up do you guys experience getting pulled back into it ? The only way it goes away from me is to fully awake my self have water and try to go back to sleep. And one time I was like screw it let it happen just ignore it I relax my self and my ears started ringing really hard that it hurt. Any comments ?
omar aleman After a long time of this happening I started to try to relax when it happened, sometimes it was impossible. It sometimes I could manage to let it go and deeply sleep after this, but I would always wake up so tired! Like someone sucked up my energy

happens to me. You have to get up
and walk around for about 5
minutes, then you will go back asleep

I've had SP since i was 13. It's the scariest thing anyone can go through!!!
The strangest one I had was being lifted up and bring out down in front of the
stairs and falling down the stairs in slow motion. These things are called
hypnagogic hallucinations.I have also felt a presence though!!!!

I had sleep paralysis throughout my childhood. I learned to stop it mid attack by strongly focusing my attention AT the thing I felt was attacking me, in as forceful a way I could.
Overcoming sleep paralysis by invoking His name is what solidified my faith in the Christ.

I've had them since I was 6..34 yes now..I see the beings...i believe in God..been to church all my life..it will not go away regardless...some people who are close or get to close to me also experience it at least once..I hate it..its so scary.
Try and search God as to what the door might be that is still allowing it in you life.

I had this same thing happen to me. As I look back it was before I was a Christian and thought nothing of using certain drugs and drinking way too much on the weekends. My first experience (and no, i wasn't high or drunk at the time - this was mid week when i didn't play around with party favors at all.) I heard a sinister voice say my name really loud in my ear, I even answered WHAT??? Then the buzzing pins and needles and the horrible sensation that I wasn't alone in my room. I could see the cars light reflections going by on my wall. I didn't see any entities it was more that I knew something bad was there. I am sure i called out to Jesus because it finally slowly ebbed away. (This was in 1986 when no one ever talked about this andi t didn't have a name yet). The second time i was just drifting off to sleep and was face up. My room started glowing red like fire and as usual I became paralyzed. I was eye level with my bed covers and I could see something crawling underneath my covers up my leg. I yelled as loud as i could (which was like a squeak) and my BF at the time came in and the SP went away. I am Christian now for the last 6 years i don't mess with the shit i used to, only a couple of glasses of wine now and then AND i go to sleep listening to bible scripture or bible stories, God bless you!
I can relate so much to your experience.... it happens to me also..
In my mid 20's, I had "nightmare sleep paralysis". HORRIBLE. Sheer terror of even going to sleep, bec. I knew "they" were going to visit me again tonight... The things that would "walk on my bed" and "push my pillow up". Went away on its own, but when it returned some yrs. later, I fought it, refused to accept the "things walking on my bed" (telling myself, there was "no change in the horizon"(should've moved my head, & view of the edge of the bed), & damned if I didn't make it go away. But, damn, that was some terrifying stuff at first. Trying to move/scream & you could not.
i wrote "i guess it is..." because i cannot bear the music ...and so i wont be able to follow the entire video today for i feel nervous .
I have not had sleep paralysis before, but have had nightmares on and off in which I struggled with someone trying to terrorise me with witchcraft and black magic years ago. That was in the aftermath of an abusive relationship with narcissistic personalities. Very thankfully, these dreams have disappeared after praying. I have had friends who have had this sleep paralysis experience before, either non-Christian or Charismatic Christians, and they really lost their ability to sleep with the sleep paralysis. Very good to hear that your brother prayed for you via the Bible in your sleep paralysis. Dark spiritual forces tremble at the name of Jesus Christ and it is not without a reason.

Why do you think God forbade it in the old testiment? The servants of pharoah mimicked Gods miracles.
100% with you Brother. I have experienced it about twenty times in my life. Mainly as an adult. It seemed to occur more often for me if had drank a decent amount of alcohol…to be honest. It makes sense in that alcohol lowers your vibration/frequency. Making yo more vulnerable for these Sprits or Demons. I believe it’s an easy place for these entities to attack. They take advantage of the electrical fields…
You are not alone man… another thing is I always find myself trying to yell at some point and can’t. Dark shadowy figures were sometimes above me and I had the same feelings you do. I am now changing as a person too because of this. The World is so hard to figure out…considering how much has been hidden from us and done to us.
the tingling and ringing with sleep paralysis is a prelude to astral projection, but not all people achieve it. the tingling is the first part. if its achieved, you will have an out of body experience. Thats when you truly go into the spirit realms. The person who abused you may have been involved in this and you were affected. Thank God you didnt go into that. Christ is our saviour, in every shape and form.
bobzthecat Gad dammit, I had ringing then feel asleep. Opened my eyes but could not move. A big fear of mine is darkness. Instead of shadows in corners, my eye would be open and slowly my room would fade away completely. I remember I had them when I was younger and woo did I have a hard time getting out of them.
Interesting because I been looking to find out what that was and no Christian has touched on this subject that I know of. My very first attack I felt that tingling before the attack happened. As if to know something demonic was about to happen. Definitely felt the presence of darkness in my room. I was wide awake. I woke up the next morning went to work. I felt that tingling feeling all day and it was like I was on a caffeine high I had so much energy. I haven’t had an attack for a while thank God in Jesus’s name.
Just the fear of not being able to move is terrifying.

The only times I have had sleep paralysis was after reading the bible, why is this? I'm not religious really but said I would read the bible to see, and yeah I have had it those nights, vibrating and trying to talk, voice sounds demonic trying to speak, horrible, never seen anything though.
I would say that the entities have a doorway into your life as you have not yet accepted Christ, however because you are seeking him by reading the word they are now trying discourage or torment you into not seeking further.

Ive known these truths you speak about for a long time but still get bad sleep paralysis when i stop smoking weed, when im smashed i can sleep fine, when im not smashed i have baad sleep paralysis NON STOP all night, not once or twice a night, maybe 10 - 20 or 30 times a night. Definitely feel the evel prescence, had the door swing open once, but never actually seen anything. even tho its extremely terifying i think i do quite well in staying calm and trying not to get scared, at the end of the day they feed off of fear, so the more scared you are the more power they will have over you, show no fear and they have nothing to feed off, but that doesnt explain why it happens to me soo many times a night if i have not smoked.. Very strange, we need true knowledge to help defend ourselves against this
No War! I agree with you that the enemy feeds off of fear. Jesus is the answer to overcome all fear. Unfortunately things like weed, alcohol and hallucigenics are an open door to demons as you no longer have control of your consciousness. This means they have no agenda in terrorizing you when they already have access to your soul and mind. Think of it as, when you stop smoking you are provoking the enemy.
I am not trying to judge you, I use to smoke weed and drink heavily too.

I have these paralysis myself though not in high frequency as yours. Maybe am lucky coz I have had them since I was a child and I never saw creepy happenings in my room. However, I have this grave fear take hold of me most of the time it happened. Sometimes it was casual and nothing major. I didn't, at any time hear the ringing but the tingling and lucid dreams preceded the paralysis. Doctors may say it's a state of mind or action of the body to protect itself from injuries if we acted physically(like dream walking) during vivid dreams but most of us who experience it have felt demonic presence during paralysis.
You are not alone and I hope and pray that you overcome it through Jesus Christ. Try calling out for him even one night and find out for yourself.
the demon wants you to stay addicted to weed. dont give in to it. Get set free in Jesus Name. Knowing the truth is not the same as receiving it. MAke Jesus your Lord and Savior. I have always been a Christian but when i slipped into sin i began suffering from sleep paralysis. So review your life and see if you are backsliden or in sin. Repent and cast this demon out in Jesus Name. It wont return.
When I had it, there was an old malevolent woman looking into me. She turned into a really old man with hollowed out cheeks with a hood on, when it disappeared my son who was sleeping in the same room started struggling to breathe. That's when I got my movement back, fortunatelyhe regained his breath. My wife said she also saw it

I am going to share my story here about Sleep paralysis that happened to me.
In that night I was trying to read Christian explanation about masturbation. I googled various Christian website to find out whether its wrong or not and I found a lot of biblical evidences that masturbation or any sexual immortality is sinful deed in the eyes of God, then I made up my mid not to do it again and slept without praying. When I fell sleep ,immediately I got into Sleep paralysis. I cannot move or say anything , just something kept me down.
I was trying to move but I can't move , I was trying to say the name of Jesus, but I can't say any word and I was just struggling to say Jesus, Jesus,Jesus and after struggling to say up to 3 times and at last I spoke out 'Jesus ' , Immediately I woke up and everything was gone, then I turn to my consciousness state. I thanked Lord Jesus for woking up me from such horror. Then I prayed against my enemy and I beg Lord Jesus mercy for my sins and sleep in peace.
This happened around 2am to 3am at midnight.
Guys if you face this problem ,Just say in the name Jesus repeatedly and you will get out of it victoriously.

A good mantra I used in the past when this happened to me is: God’s love for me is wide and long and high and deep. God’s love for me is like a vast ocean that cannot be measured. There is no force in the universe as powerful as God’s love for me. Picture that white light as you say the words to yourself and how powerful God’s presence and love is. Also pray to the angels, pray to the Holy Spirit for protection before you fall asleep every night.

I'm 20 year old and for the past 4 days now I have been thought this my dreams are very weird and they only last for 1 hour or less and every time I try go back to sleep I keep falling into a sleep paralysis it's really getting to me now just want them to stop I hate that when you think you are awake and can only see were you're eyes are pointed at e.g. bed and wall and when I try to move a peace of my body it feels like a wired force trying to not make me move but avencherly after keep trying so hard to move my my harm eyes I can open but it's a struggle to do that, and when I wake up all my hairs on my back.. back of neck stand up extra, and a cold shiver sensation down my back, It's really messing my sleeping pattern up only having a couple hour sleep a day am scared of sleeping I don't like that felling, and it's happening every time I fall to sleep now

MG.. I have experienced this since I was 15 years old. I am now 55. I am a pastor and my 26 year old son just recently told me he experienced the same thing. I had never told him or mentioned it to others... except my wife. The way to handle this is is NOT to panic. You will consciously know that IT is happening. You take charge and command the evil entity to depart in Jesus name! I do not experience it often now, but it seems to happen when I get closer to God OR when I drift away from my relationship with the Lord. This is demonic. Many have explained it away as being just your mind waking up before your body... ok, but why does it not happen with rainbows and unicorns and sweetness? It is always evil... hmmmmm... I digress. But, remember there is No Evil that can overcome the power of the name of Jesus! When I learned to NOT fear it but command it in Jesus name to leave ... it must leave. I have actually heard them scream when I commanded them to leave. Get your heart right with Christ, and remember HE will never leave you or forsake you. You have power in Christ.

Just asking did any of you experienced an out of body experience while trying to wake up from the sleep paralysis? While in sleep paralysis and feeling the presence did you feel that your energy was drained from specifics part of your body?
yes i used to have lucid dream (out of body experience). And also i usually felt a force squeezing my waist, cant really explain it.

Living overseas away from home, this was getting out of control! Sometimes it would be nice feeling! But most of the time it was horrible! I was afraid to sleep! An aunty spent 2 hours on the phone praying with me and helping this thin go away! I was desperate! And this did work! It is been almost 10 years since this sleep things have left! It used to happen so often! No it happens maybe every 4 years! And never as horrible as it used to be!

i think its a nice testimony that could moste definitely help others. why does this happen to you?? i belive this started thanks to a huge amount of pain being done to you.. its sad to hear how close people to us can end up hurting us like this. and im sry it happen to you my man. but the devil works through pain, fear, confusion and disbelief. we are easy to influence when we have experienced a pain like never before. and the pain you experienced in your case, was the opening door to manipulate you spiritually in your sleep. if you were never molested. i dont think you would have experienced this spiritual attack. why? because the terror, the fear, the pain wasent inflicted up on you just yet. and so the devil didn have anything to manipulate through you. but the hell this caused you realy doesent matter in the end when you have Jesus in your life. because stuff like this can Jesus use through you to help other people... and the GLORY in that.. is so much greater then anything that you become allmoste greatful for this experience.
I think its easier for the Spirits to attack traumatised persons, since their human soul is already weakened by the Trauma. For example by rape, torture or any other traumatic stuff; even though its not a nessessary condition for them.
