Carrying babies on the back is the most comfortable position to carry a baby. It's also helpful for younger babies who have painful belly buttons, the compression applied helps soothing of the discomfort.
We have been doing it for forever and it's wrapping the baby and it for women to continue working without being interrupted and the baby can rest too and you know the baby is safe
The Polo store you were at is Polo Company a South African version, however you will never find an item bearing Ralph Lauren name in that store. Apparently there was an agreement to using the name but the pony had to face the other direction. But legally Ralph Lauren knows about Polo Company but they are separate entities.
The baby kangaroo wrap is usually done by our fellow African sisters and we usually do the back wrap it's been like that for decades but now you can get the morden one the front one to accommodate the dad's as well😅and we do not go to hustle with the baby most of the time because we usually put them to baby care or a nanny or siblings can also help out or preschool it is really rare for us ( South Africans)to go hustle with the baby at the back.
It would've been interesting if there was a clip of that, cause they're different was also of carrying babies at the back. The normal South African way and the way our other African sister do it which was a shock to me when I first saw it.
The concept of mamas carrying the baby on the back to avoid injuries just in case you trip and fall. You basically wrap the baby with the towel and you can tuk it in and also button it up to be very secure . The towel have to cover the baby up to the neck to prevent the baby from falling backwards. Hope it makes sense.
If you guys have time you can drive to Pilanesburg National Park which is literally in Sun City. Its a beautiful 3 hour drive , proper bush experience with their game drives plus you will also get to do adventure activities inside Sun City.
90% of black population in Africa were carried at the back by their mother's, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, domestic workers or the lady that helps in the house with cleaning, etc. We bonded early with our parents, thus, we have a deep respect for adults.
Lol 😂 being an older brother of twin siblings I used to carry them on my back till they were rocked to sleep all the time and it's very comfortable to carry them there for both the baby and the carrier, easiest way to get chores done while getting g them ready for their nap time.
It’s always GREAT to see african Americans & very exciting when they enjoy and love our country. Welcome them family on our behalf and tell that that South African peoples LOVE them. We love JONES family as well.

Remember guys things may be cheap because you’re from the States but us locals it’s expensive I mean R40 for a drink at a restaurant its expensive to us . Be mindful of that .

Greetings. You can drive through CBD . It's safe . Go to Oriental plaza then To Park Station, go through CBD via Albertina Sisulu street and check FNB Bank City and check out Carlton Centre, and go to 50th floor. . Then hit Main Street to Maboneng District for arts, culture and food. Great food and samoosa at Oriental Plaza Also for goodness sake make an effort to learn a South African indigenous language. You're here to stay right? You'll then understand how majority of the people here think. Which will benefit you. Learn online or sign up somewhere. Just a tip we value our languages more than you might think as it makes us feel like you're done of us and not just a foreigner. Regardless of fluency. We'll be ecstatic that you're making the effort. I suppose it's like that in every country.
Guys remember the majority of south africans cannot afford to eat at a restaurant... It's too expensive...the reason y it's cheap 4 u is the dollar rand exchange rate. So bemindful of the narrative becos it can come across offensive though i knw thats not your intention. Try to be mindful of the socio-economic issue's facing locals. Love ur channel ❤❤
The Johannesburg CBD is not bad as people make it out to be. Certain South Africans can be blazing butholes. Yes, there are certain parts that are neglected and are not what they used to be, and security is an issue, like Hillbrow at night. But it is not like when you get to the CBD, you are going to get mugged & robbed of your belongings.People work and live there & not animals. Banks, blue chip companies are still in the CBD, returants, etc. Some of the comments make it out to be the Wild Wild West. It is irritating, to say the least.
Exactly. People be like 'how did u survive walking around in Jozi' ? That time hundred thousands of people live in Joburg CBD and are not getting mugged or murdered.
Carrying babies on the back, and carrying anything on top of the head is totally African, it's done all over Africa. Remember we are the OGs, homo sapien sapiens.
hahaha. That is a great option to see great options in Sunny South Africa however you already know we have a few agents we can connect them or anyone with.
