For all the people coming to Australia on a student visa in the hopes of eventually getting a PR, please keep in mind that it’s very hard now to get your PR once you finish studying. Much cheaper to get a degree with an in demand profession in your home country and then migrate.

I suppose it depends on each individual’s situation. Always a good idea to consult an immigration lawyer to understand what’s involved in getting a PR, if that’s the goal (might not be the case for everyone!) 😊
