The part about low drop rates is facts. Fruit battle grounds gotta be one of the best examples. People legit make alt accounts to get something good. If you gotta do that on a game then something is wrong.

When you can press a few buttons and win, a little kid will be happy because "oh i can win! Im good at this game!" Thats why people still play this, theyre children who don't like games with good and skilled combat. That is the same reason why blox fruit excels, I'm not gonna lie, i afkd that game until i got max because my friends were like "the combat is good trust!!!" Scary Monsters model looks good and the moves look appealing. But it does too much damage without a speciality and Vampirism is paired with it's just overpowered and annoying to encounter.

I agree with the entire YBA being over its time for you now, so i have a game (i dont own the game, i just like playing it) you may like, and it is actually pretty fun if you have are in the mood to fight. Its called "UNDERTALE TEST PLACE REBORN". It gets updated commonly, and obviously its based off of Undertale (another good game, one of my favorites in my opinion). The characters are all unique with their own moveset and the game is extremely different from mainly all the other fighting games. This is only a suggestion i think you'd enjoy, especially when you get the hang of it! So I loaded it up about 2 hours after this video dropped and about 10-15 matches later I realized I kinda hate this game now, it's so painfully unbalanced, no matter what build I used people with no obvious skill could beat me with Scary Monsters or something broken with hamon. I try to keep my builds as fun and balanced as I can but I'm not having fun anymore. Right now I'm about to trade for mostly the last skin I wanted from this game and I think I'm gonna quit. The reason why I suggest damage scaling is because of the current damage and combo system. Yba team most likely isn't willing to change how things are going because that's how they want it to be. So I'm saying to hopefully make fighting more bearable is to add damage scaling, so that combos don't do ridiculous amounts of damage while the system stays the same. We all miss when yba was more mix-up than combo but the game is changing.

they should just implement moves which look nice but cant just literally combo someone to their mom's house, to another universe and back, like at that point just play blox fruit if you wanna do shitty combos like that. Also I wish someone on the dev team for yba would actually test the stuff thoroughly without just going on and uploading it, that way they can make it so that the moves dont do absurd damage combos. Not even gonna mention specs because they do so much damage that I cant comprehend how much crack they were on while making these. Another thing is that i cant tell why the YBA fans are attacking people for playing something inspired by YBA (TCA) . Like opinions exist man, just deal with it. If the devs didnt shit their pants every time they put out an update maybe their game would have more players? just maybe? these people literally make it so that people cant properly play the game without some stupid tryhard going up to you and doing a 1 to -100 combo like jesus christ it gets so annoying every time youre just trying to play and then some shithead just wants to ruin your day. Its not like this only applies to YBA, like any fighting game basically has this problem.

@@LubricantEater it would be better for devs to just not put out overpowered stuff but that's part of their philosophy. The reason why I suggest damage scaling is because of the current damage and combo system. Yba team most likely isn't willing to change how things are going because that's how they want it to be.
So I'm saying to hopefully make fighting more bearable is to add damage scaling, so that combos don't do ridiculous amounts of damage while the system stays the same.
We all miss when yba was more mix-up than combo but the game is changing.
Using 2 moves in quick succession gives damage scaling and any unblockable move gives damage scaling
Decrease the amount of DMG on all moves that are in the game rn, or increase the players base HP

I simply wanted to show the true nature of YBA as it stands now. The sheer level of "ez" that it takes to win a fight is so low that even a quadriplegic could combo someone to death using just their big toes. I think that it says a ton about where the skillful aspect of YBA went. As far as "metamancers" go, I am glad that you oppose the supporting of such horrible game mechanics and changes. I didn't play old YBA, admittedly; I can say that I wish I was there from the start. I am glad you did this journey through the game as it slowly died and I am hoping you will succeed in your future endevours.

0:37, ok that's just stupid for those mfs to say, one, the spawnrate is every 10 or so mins per boss, two, there's ways to get said items easier with things such as trading fruits to ppl that alr have said items, item drop rate buffs and other stuff, and three, people in the GPO community complain about the ONE ITEM that has a 0.1% drop rate being so damn rare that is stupid, and four, 90% of the items in GPO have a 10-20% chance of dropping unless its a special weapon the devs do not expect you to use or even think of obtaining if your not a no life.
