To be honest i actually agree with what eclipse was saying about the gpo drop rates and on how commonly low they are that it just made the asgore update and even a few more updates with low percent drop rates seem normal to me and now I find it ridiculous that i actually had confidence to get asgore drops when it first released lol.
About the droprates thing: if the roblox community has been corrupted by stupidly low drop rates like 1% or 0.1%, then that just means when they play *actual* games, there will be alot of "well that was easy" moments

I agree with the entire YBA being over its time for you now, so i have a game (i dont own the game, i just like playing it) you may like, and it is actually pretty fun if you have are in the mood to fight. Its called "UNDERTALE TEST PLACE REBORN". It gets updated commonly, and obviously its based off of Undertale (another good game, one of my favorites in my opinion). The characters are all unique with their own moveset and the game is extremely different from mainly all the other fighting games. This is only a suggestion i think you'd enjoy, especially when you get the hang of it! Thank you for your uploads Eclipse! :) (I probably look like an idiot typing this, but theres a first time for everything)

To be honest I didn't really take what you said about YBA seriously before, I was like "The game can't be THAT bad right?" So I loaded it up about 2 hours after this video dropped and about 10-15 matches later I realized I kinda hate this game now, it's so painfully unbalanced, no matter what build I used people with no obvious skill could beat me with Scary Monsters or something broken with hamon. I try to keep my builds as fun and balanced as I can but I'm not having fun anymore. Right now I'm about to trade for mostly the last skin I wanted from this game and I think I'm gonna quit. Eclipse I should've listened to you before because you really did make me realize how flawed this game was about last year and I still played anyway. Anyways sorry about the tangent great video as always man.

Yba has a lot of extremely high damage combos at the moment I feel like some sort of damage scale should be added So that long combos deal less damage or that if a combo deals over a certain amount of damage all your moves start to deal lower damage It's not fun getting hit 2 times and losing all your hp If I wanted that I would be playing aut

The reason why I suggest damage scaling is because of the current damage and combo system. Yba team most likely isn't willing to change how things are going because that's how they want it to be. So I'm saying to hopefully make fighting more bearable is to add damage scaling, so that combos don't do ridiculous amounts of damage while the system stays the same. We all miss when yba was more mix-up than combo but the game is changing.

Honestly, the game wont change. The reason for uzu doing this and STILL keeping his game at a good playerbase is, kids are bad at games. When you can press a few buttons and win, a little kid will be happy because "oh i can win! Im good at this game!" Thats why people still play this, theyre children who don't like games with good and skilled combat. That is the same reason why blox fruit excels, I'm not gonna lie, i afkd that game until i got max because my friends were like "the combat is good trust!!!" I was one of the people who only wanted yba up until your most recent tca bingo video. I never commented but I did consider leaving. After watching another one of your tca videos the boat analogy I thought I’d give tca a shot before bashing it. Tca plays almost exactly like old yba. From the broken ts, to the weird projectiles, and very few stands having true combos. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I do still enjoy yba, I hope tca becomes a giant as well. If they have to compete with each other it would be very good for the health of both games.

A thing i wanna say about the gpo drop rate for the 0.1% sword, is that some swords of rare rarity are equal or even better then Kikoku. And in reality you dont need it at all people have Kikoku but choose other swords, still doesnt make 0.1% chance okay but atleast its not required.
No rare weapon is better than kikoku. G blade has no extenders high stamina drain, flowers m1s are very bad only good for it's one combo extended and g pole doesn't not even compare to kikoku

In case u dont know s.off G move on tw and the beatdown on reaper both can hit your straight trough: -Counter -Armour -Animation (Mostly reaper only) -Ragdoll -Love train -Time stop -Erased time -Epitah -And basically every type of deffense mechanic you can imagine This shit is like this for like 2 months now and the only thing I see done about this is reducing reaper bd cooldown, which is funny because they didnt actually nerf it, they FIXED it because the moment you activate the beatdown, the cooldowns starts going on, so by the end of it u had 2/4 or 3/4 of the cd. Ps: I forgot to say, you dont aim the reaper bd, you walk up to a guy and press the Button to do 100+ dmg

the first comment heavily reminded me of the old drop rate of the rod of discord in terraria, though currently it's a 1/400 chance in master mode, for a crucial item when fighting most late hardmode bosses. THANKFULLY there's many ways to spawn many chaos elementals in the hallowed underground, and multiple farms, though i've only gotten the drop once in my 3k hours playing on console and pc combined good job relogic, a totally fun drop rate (i never go for the rod for this sole reason, it used to be even worse too btw) ps: there's worse chances on the slime staff which is 1/7000 on slimes or slime zombies and 1/70 on pinky though when killing the king slime, for some reason you don't get it? i'm confused on that end, but besides a few items in terraria many actually have drop rates over 35% from what i remember

@@LubricantEater it would be better for devs to just not put out overpowered stuff but that's part of their philosophy. The reason why I suggest damage scaling is because of the current damage and combo system. Yba team most likely isn't willing to change how things are going because that's how they want it to be.
So I'm saying to hopefully make fighting more bearable is to add damage scaling, so that combos don't do ridiculous amounts of damage while the system stays the same.
We all miss when yba was more mix-up than combo but the game is changing.
Using 2 moves in quick succession gives damage scaling and any unblockable move gives damage scaling
Decrease the amount of DMG on all moves that are in the game rn, or increase the players base HP
I think the people asking eclipse to come back to yba are the devs on alt accounts cause he is one of the few that escaped gunpoint and because so many people that watch him are probably around the age of 10, their hivemind brains and inability to think for themselves goes "If ThIS GUy WHo i CaN totAllY trUsT caUsE he is M Y FAv ytBEr is DOiNg iT, thEn i SHouLd do it too" and this would ultimately leave yba ruined and with 0 players which means, no money for the devs.
Honestly, the game wont change. The reason for uzu doing this and STILL keeping his game at a good playerbase is, kids are bad at games. When you can press a few buttons and win, a little kid will be happy because "oh i can win! Im good at this game!" Thats why people still play this, theyre children who don't like games with good and skilled combat. That is the same reason why blox fruit excels, I'm not gonna lie, i afkd that game until i got max because my friends were like "the combat is good trust!!!" I believed them and suffered for a week and realized the reason they said it was good because they are garbage at games, the combat is full of oneshot combos and the people considered "good" at the game are just people who have played any fighting game ever and know how to press buttons in a certain order.

I simply wanted to show the true nature of YBA as it stands now. The sheer level of "ez" that it takes to win a fight is so low that even a quadriplegic could combo someone to death using just their big toes. I think that it says a ton about where the skillful aspect of YBA went. As far as "metamancers" go, I am glad that you oppose the supporting of such horrible game mechanics and changes. I didn't play old YBA, admittedly; I can say that I wish I was there from the start. I am glad you did this journey through the game as it slowly died and I am hoping you will succeed in your future endevours.

I was one of the people who only wanted yba up until your most recent tca bingo video. I never commented but I did consider leaving. After watching another one of your tca videos the boat analogy I thought I’d give tca a shot before bashing it. Tca plays almost exactly like old yba. From the broken ts, to the weird projectiles, and very few stands having true combos. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I do still enjoy yba, I hope tca becomes a giant as well. If they have to compete with each other it would be very good for the health of both games.
If tca gets some good updates and more people start playing then it might be even better than yba

A thing i wanna say about the gpo drop rate for the 0.1% sword, is that some swords of rare rarity are equal or even better then Kikoku. And in reality you dont need it at all people have Kikoku but choose other swords, still doesnt make 0.1% chance okay but atleast its not required.
Isn't it 0.5%? I don't remember anything in game having less than 0.5% rates other than the prestige weapons.

No rare weapon is better than kikoku. G blade has no extenders high stamina drain, flowers m1s are very bad only good for it's one combo extended and g pole doesn't not even compare to kikoku

-Armour
-Animation (Mostly reaper only)
-Ragdoll
-Love train
-Time stop
-Erased time
-Epitah
-And basically every type of deffense mechanic you can imagine
This shit is like this for like 2 months now and the only thing I see done about this is reducing reaper bd cooldown, which is funny because they didnt actually nerf it, they FIXED it because the moment you activate the beatdown, the cooldowns starts going on, so by the end of it u had 2/4 or 3/4 of the cd.
Ps: I forgot to say, you dont aim the reaper bd, you walk up to a guy and press the Button to do 100+ dmg
Fr this Is One of the things that break my brain when i play aut, no matter what if ur in range ur getting a hundred dmg and its not even hard to get enough Meter to use the bd ☠️
the first comment heavily reminded me of the old drop rate of the rod of discord in terraria, though currently it's a 1/400 chance in master mode, for a crucial item when fighting most late hardmode bosses. THANKFULLY there's many ways to spawn many chaos elementals in the hallowed underground, and multiple farms, though i've only gotten the drop once in my 3k hours playing on console and pc combined
good job relogic, a totally fun drop rate (i never go for the rod for this sole reason, it used to be even worse too btw)
ps: there's worse chances on the slime staff which is 1/7000 on slimes or slime zombies and 1/70 on pinky though when killing the king slime, for some reason you don't get it? i'm confused on that end, but besides a few items in terraria many actually have drop rates over 35% from what i remember
