Hey bro, when i turned on my 65 inch 4k uhd smart tv from tlc it’s totally different from what is shown here, i’ve tried checking videos after videos and don i can’t find anything similar, it keeps asking me for a verification code to sign in to the account or showing me a qr code. I’ve tried reaching out to tlc but their customer service won’t respond.
@@aderideeunicekiarie6919 i finally found a way to do mine, i have a friend in china so i used her number to sign in, once i put her number they sent her a code, she sent the code to me and that’s how it worked. hope this helps. i can explain more if you still don’t understand

danialkakar Bro, Unfortunately, there's no way to switch from Basic TV Mode to Google TV Mode once you've completed the initial setup. So if you have already Set it up as Basic TV, Reset your TCL Google TV back to Factory Default then set it up again.☺️
Hi... my TV is not connecting to wifi.. I tried many times, it says couldn't find the network. But wifi is working fine.. my other TV and mobiles are connecting fine.. I also reset the wifi and the router is nearby the tv. Any idea what could be the issue?
divinegracedepalubos4652 Bro, Without Wifi, you cannot set up Google TV. Still, if you want to set up Google TV you can use an Ethernet wired internet connection between your TV and the router.☺️

Same as mine, and I have set up language as English but still showing language in Chinese and I can't find the option for selecting region/country

Bro, TCL ka tv hai, but it keeps signing out of the gmail account, everytime I switch it on i have to sign in , any solution?

ahadsaifi9360 Bro, If you are using an older model router, then it could be an issue.☺️
@@Fix.369 but the router is also not very old and same tv is connecting through LAN cable on same wifi router.
