Hi, scrutiny mainly includes validating your certificates , your degree , your work experience and any additional certifications if you have submitted. Basically they are going to check all the information provided by you with your college, university and also with your employer regarding your experience. Everything should match with them as you have mentioned for positive response.
Sir , I'm really confused about few things in HCPC application form. I have completed B.Sc.Zoology ,chemistry etc M.Sc.Zoology , Biological Chemistry, immunology etc and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) So which one to choose in the given parts 1 to 15 in HCPC international register ( as I want to register for Medical or Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist). Hi, you have to mention degree relevant to for which field you want to enter in UK. It doesn’t really matter to them even if you have other degrees. I feel it is always advantage. All the best for your future 👍🏻

Hi karan , once you are registered with HCPC it may take more time to get a job from India in compare to going there and searching for one. Or if you have any friends or family there you get advantage for finding a job.

It is completely your choice. if you think you will get a job which will help you to excel in your future even if you don't have masters degree then you should continue with sponsorship visa and try to convert it to permanent visa. and if you think you will have better future with masters degree, go ahead and take it and same time you can also start working in same field as already you have got your registration done.

For background check basically they want to know about authenticity of your university documents. For your experience they will cross check about the company or hospital you worked for and they will confirm from them about information you have provided.

Hi Dixit, you don’t need any license to work there , but yes HCPC is required. And as you are going as a student there, you can find part time work there at any private clinics as assistant to senior physiotherapist.

Hi Manish, for HCPC registration they don’t take any exam or interview. But they look for your academic record, work experience, if any special skill certification you have. So it is always better to plan everything. As if you are not meeting the expected criteria they will reject your application and your money will be wasted.

Hi bipul. I will not advice to directly open a clinic after BPT as fresher. It’s always better that you get some exposure of field. Find out your strengths and work on your weak points and then after so much of research about place and your target population you should open a clinic. Cost of opening a decent physiotherapy clinic will be around 10-15 lakhs if you are renting a place. And if you are buying a place cost can go higher.

Yes interviews will be conducted by employees online . Minimum score is not there for BPT but decent clinical knowledge is important

Hi Manish, for HCPC registration they don’t take any exam or interview. But they look for your academic record, work experience, if any special skill certification you have. So it is always better to plan everything. As if you are not meeting the expected criteria they will reject your application and your money will be wasted.

Hi bipul. I will not advice to directly open a clinic after BPT as fresher. It’s always better that you get some exposure of field. Find out your strengths and work on your weak points and then after so much of research about place and your target population you should open a clinic.
Cost of opening a decent physiotherapy clinic will be around 10-15 lakhs if you are renting a place. And if you are buying a place cost can go higher.
