Yeah TWICE debuted in 2015 and mainly did cuter concepts early in their career but as they matured as women so did their music for the most part. I still recommend checking out music from all their eras though because it's all great, early stuff like "TT" and "Knock Knock" or more recent stuff like "I Can't Stop Me" or "Set Me Free"
Thx for getting back to Twice! One of my favorite Twice songs is Cry For Me. It was an unreleased track that they performed live at an awards show and the response was so overwhelming that they released it as a single. There is no MV but the best version is the Choreography version 2. There is no English subtitles but you'll get the gist from the little bit of English in the lyrics. Jeongyeon was on hiatus for health reasons so not in the video but you do hear her vocals. The song is fantastic, and the dancing is very good. It's a bit dark for a Twice Song which is why they weren't going to release it - notice the change in the chorus in the very last line.
OH YEAH this is a HUGE step in a more mature direction that TWICE has been traveling PLUS their Japanese tracks hit WAY different. If you really want to get blown away check out their subunit MISAMO ( Mina Sana Momo aka The J-Line ) their MV Do Not Touch is a MASTERPIECE just like the album title

I'm sure it was surprising to watch "Perfect World" after "What is Love" :)) Two very different songs, the diversity of Twice's discography is incredible. There is definitely a song for everyone. I can (roughly) simplify this diversity as follows. Before and after the album "Eyes Wide Open"... This distinction is not exactly correct because it is not very sharp, but I can say it roughly like this. There will definitely be those who started this distinction with the album "Fancy" or "Feel Special", which is not wrong in thinking..
Twice is one of those that have different genres and not same repetitive music. If you are revisiting them again, go for Breakthrough, I cant stop me, Feel Special, Likey.. for B-sides, Love Foolish, Up no more, Cry for me.

That was a good catch to the meaning of the song, "Perfect World" is sort of a really aggressive break up song. Before you look at this A LITTLE HAPPINESS, search for all of the Mandopop Mandarin songs recorded by Chou Tzuyu, Sally, Chewy TWICE!
while 'perfect world' album is about respect, love & support, 'what is love?' EP. is more music genre base (which is 'swing', i thinks, might be wrong.:P), 'more&more' is 'dance music', but for more story concept might be 'TWICEtagram', 'eyes wide open' & 'formula of love', and all of these are solid albums (at least for me, anyway. :D) all of their songs are different but still TWICE. :) (check out 'i can't stop me', 'alcohol-free'&'cry for me', might got some idea. :) have a good day. :)
