My two cars have 335K and 195K miles and were paid off long ago. If I ditched them and took Uber to work and the grocery store every day, I would be out tens of thousands of dollars each year.
Some of my passengers are 20-30-year-old inebriated women wearing mini-skirts. What happens next is a little like what happens in the movie "Passengers" lol
I looked up Uber for a trip to the airport. It's $65 each way without tips. That would be about $160 round trip. I can reserve a parking spot in the terminal garage for about $100 for a week. I can take mass transit for about $5 each way and no tips needed.
What crazy Uber why more don't like because many people can't afford how much can't but work not enough hard for people jobs and leave money high more can't crazy Uber 😢
The problem with Uber getting people to “ditch” their cars, is if too many people no longer can drive themselves, then Uber can raise it’s prices because they have few other options to get around. I’ve seen businesses use this tactic to get people to become dependent on on them, and once there are no other alternatives (when they become a virtual monopoly), they simply jack up the price.
Uber is the reason there's more cars on the road
What a scam. Even buying a new car for 30k, would be cheaper than riding Uber for 10 years.

Uber should subsidize drivers to get more fuel efficient cars
They paid me $3 on a $15 ride.
👎🏾
😂😂😂
They would make more in two weeks
More liberal BS

When I drove for Uber, there was a lot of people that didn’t have a vehicle because it was cheaper just to Uber around then ownership❤
Those are usually single people who didn't have to drive to work daily and shuttle their kids around.

What a dumb idea.

Uber will be an afterthought in the next 5 years
