The one who remains calm, gracious in the face of hood like activity and physical assault, who forgives, loves the game, doesn't act like it is her right to be a thug on the court, the one who smiles, plays hard, loves the game and wishes everyone well. The others appear to think the public want to see and watch their victimhood and blame taken to the game and acting like spoiled bad acting thugs from the neighborhood.

It is laughable for some WNBA authorities to choose AR over CC for ROTY award. AR has a one-dimensional game. CC is well rounded all around, but her greatest asset is her court vision and generalship. Fever was so down in the WNBA ranks until CC came alone, and this early is molding them into a championship team, better than anything Sides can do.

As for Clark not being ready for Primetime, well there are the Stats, over just 24 games.
Points and Rebounds are considered the most common and easy combination of a double-double for a forward. (See Pad My Stats Angel Reese)
There are reasons why Points and Assists are considered the hardest and least common double-double for a player to make and are considered the most difficult for a Guard. (See WNBA STATS for the last 27 Years )
As an FYI Sue Bird never had three consecutive games with a double-double measured by points and assists.
As an FYI Clark sets the Rookie record for assists in a Qtr at Seven
As an FYI Clark in Just 23 games breaks the 27-year-old Season record by recording her 8th DBL DBL Pts & Ast, DBL DBL Pts & Reb
As an FYI I might as well throw this in, The league has seen just 35 triple-doubles in its 27 seasons, and currently, just four in its 28th season and Clark has one and could have had a second if Sides had not benched her.
As an FYI, Sue Bird (Point guard) never had three consecutive games with a double-double measured by points and assists.
As an FYI, Clark had Three, Four and Five consecutive double-doubles measured by points and assists. Was that not a record as a Rookie and as a Player?
Points and Assists are considered the hardest and least common double-double for a player to make and are considered the most difficult for a Guard. ( See the last 27 years of WNBA Stats (Guards) for Pts & Ast in a season
In 2017, Courtney Vandersloot's (Guard) record of consecutive games with a double-double was measured by points and assists in six games.
Until 2024 that is, as Clark is now tied with Courtney Vanderslootat at # 2 with Four consecutive double-doubles measured by points and assists over a four-game stretch
Correction Clark is no longer tied for #2, tonight's double-doubles measured by points and assists give Clark five consecutive games of DBL DBL PTS & AST
Game # 6 is scheduled for July 14th Minnesota Lynx, how will Clark fill out this Stat Line PTS 00, REB 00, AST 00,

Caitlin Clark is a 3 dimensional transformational generational player who has literally revolutionized WNBA Women's Basketball to a new level, rewriting the records books with every game she plays, as the leader on the court making the plays, driving the pace makes her teammates even better, upping their game without even realizing it, is the true measure of greatness, is without a doubt the WNBA League's ROTY and MVP, the greatest woman's basketball player of all time - in my humble opinion.. which is why the WNBA old guard elites hates CC, because it means that their basketball talent and skill is not what they think it is in whatever capacity measurement they choose, in comparison to Caitlin Clark.
This is why the massive appeal draw is Caitlin Clark, not the WNBA, is why the WNBA has been a dismal financial and fan appeal failure since it's conception

I remember MJ getting pounded every time he drove the lane. It was a tactic to take him out of the game by bruise and fatigue. What they didn't quite understand about Jordan was his desire to win. It didn't matter what they did, he was going to win. CC has that same what ever factor that propels success. The league will soon realize that a POed CC is much like a POed Jordan. Its not a good place to be when playing against them.

she then gets another slice of humble pie watching caitlin and angel destroy her usa team. it is a real shame though. Because olympics only come around every 4 years and caitlin could of got good experience just practising with the vets

Translated from chick-speak into English. CC says: I used to watch her play when I was a little girl. I used to idolize her and copied her style until I graduated 6th grade. I just can't believe she still drags that old carcass up and down court every day, cause it looked old back in the day and it hasn't gotten any younger all these many years ago. See you at tipoff.

Who plays basketball with 18 year olds? Seniors in High School do not College Basketball Star players. That was a cheap shot by a WNBA veteran who was talking like an 18 year old.

can somebody even explain this . Without CC. the wnba loses 10 million a year. and now Indiana should make money. not lose it.. But the women know more. right . CC is leading the lead but that does not matter... and I wont say it.. the NBA players are saying it

Tarausi condescending before the game.(paraphrasing) Just pat the newbie on the head, she’ll be good enough to play like me someday. How about celebrating the fact that an outstanding (yet humble) raising star is born. Celebrate for the sake of the game!
