I tried wiping the sensor, but it still gave me a red indicator that it was full. At this point, I'm lost. I like the product but can't fully utilize it because of the sensor error.
What you can try: Step 1: Test the sensor to see if it is working properly How to do it: Put an empty litter box without a bag into the litter tray and observe the indicator light. Step 2: Troubleshoot the cause. If the indicator light is still not normal, please try to disconnect the litter tray for 10 seconds and then connect it again. Replacing filters is difficult and complicated work. Please allow some time to explore the installation. Before disassembling, please carefully observe the installation of the original cat litter filter. 1. Remove the drum 2. Gently pull out the existing cat litter filter. 3. Observe the position of the clips and magnets on the screen and reinstall it.
I recently bought this litter box an it only worked for two days, the leds for cleaning and level are blinking nothing works 😊

I can't get the red light to go away
For mine, the bin is constantly red even though the bin is not full and I recently got mine like a day ago.
Whether the bin is full or not is based on the sensors in the hatch. All you have to do is reposition the bag and fill it again.

Yes, the gravity sensors for the litter box are on the four feet of the litter box. So please place the litter box on a hard surface.
