Dio is lighter, gets alloy wheels, disc brake - front in the base variant also has better ground clearance. Dio is also slightly expensive and has a sporty design.

Also Dio's suspensions are slightly on harder side due to its sporty nature and riding dynamics.
I'd suggest taking a test ride and then decide which suits better..
