Are the rules to sell property in India same for nri and pio holders? Can the property lawyer also help in finding a buyer for the house?

Yes, the rules and the procedure to sell the property in India for NRIs is same. The property lawyer can help in finding a buyer for the house. But it is advisable to contact the trustable property dealers to sell the property. However, our firm i.e. NRI Legal Services is one of the trusted and responsible firm assisting NRIs to sell the property in India. www.nrilegalservices.com

How to proceed with agreement in case of a non resident seller. Do we deduct TDS on agreement amount (10% generally) or only at the time of final payment (90%) after obtaining certificate from assessing officer or at both times?
What about form 15CA? To be filed at both times or only at the time of final payment?
