Gummadikaya Kura Recipe in Telugu | Easy Pumpkin Curry Recipe | Raja Babai & Sister Cooking

Ingredients:

⦾ Medium-sized Pumpkin (Gummadikaya)
⦾ Medium-sized chopped onions
⦾ Jaggery
⦾ Slited Green Chillies
⦾ Ginger-garlic paste
⦾ Coriander leaves
⦾ Curry leaves
⦾ Turmeric powder
⦾ Red chili powder
⦾ Cumin seeds
⦾ Mustard seeds
⦾ Salt to taste
⦾ Oil for cooking
⦾ Toor Dal
⦾ Urad Dal
Instructions:
--------------------
⦾ Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Toor Dal and Urad Dal. Let them splutter.
⦾ Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent then add Chopped Pumkin.
⦾ Add turmeric powder, Salt Ginger-Garlic paste, Green chilis Paste and let it cook in medium flame.
⦾ Add Jaggery and Cook for another few minutes.
and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes become soft.
⦾ Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
⦾ Garnish the curry with Coriander leaves and simmer for a few more minutes.
