    Ingredients:
    Fish
    Salt: 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
    Red Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    Lemon: 1/2
    Onions, medium-sized: 2
    Tomatoes: 2
    Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
    Jeera (Cumin seeds): 1 tbsp
    Fenugreek seeds (Methi): 1/4 tsp
    Oil: 6 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
    Salt: 1 tbsp
    Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
    Red Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    Water: 200 ml
    Garam Masala: 1/2 tbsp
    Freshly chopped coriander

    Method:
    Marinate the Fish: Mix together 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili powder, and juice from 1/2 lemon. Rub this mixture onto the fish and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
    Prepare Spice Blend: Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera), and 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds. Stir well until fragrant, then transfer to a grinder and grind into a powder.
    Make Onion-Tomato Paste seperately: Blend 2 tomatoes and 2 medium-sized onions into a smooth paste.
    Cook Onion Paste: Heat 6 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 4 green chilies and fry, then add the onion paste. Cook until the raw onion smell disappears.
    Add Tomato Paste: Mix in the tomato paste and cook until well combined and cooked through.
    Add Flavorings: Stir in 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell dissipates. Then, add the ground spice blend from earlier.
    Cook Fish Curry: Season with 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1 tbsp chili powder. Add 200 ml water and let it cook. Once the mixture is well cooked, add the marinated fish. Cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
    Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp garam masala and fresh coriander. Your fish curry is now ready to be served. Enjoy it with hot rice or chapati!
