The main thing is that you got out there....that's the whole point of it....
Even at 61 years old, I try to get out every day for hour long morning rides before work and sometimes it sucks !!! Even though I hate it sometimes, I still love it.....but we have no hills around here and I'm slow :)

AY'UP'SKI.. Noaksi.❤...Engaged..from experience.. if said wife's etc ain't grooving ya hobby...you've got to "dove tail" it I to your together life with mitary precision!! Without any conflicting impact. Literally az if you stopped said lady would not notice....I do past 30 years ton of my mates it's a bone of contention..."this issue would make a great log," coz we "all 100%" juggle..7 to 8.3p sat sun turbo or out..week days before tea and damaged time 2 hours when everyone's faffing around. Minted 13 hour a week mixed sesh..age 64 butchers dog...lol xxx
