Lassie - Episode 4 - "The Gun" (Originally broadcast 10/03/1954)

Jeff finds his dad's old rifle in the barn and has Gramps teach him how to use it. (Story: Jeff's father, John ("Johnnie" was a soldier killed in action in WWII. Since this was filmed in 1954, and Gramps said he hadn't seen the gun in 10 years (about the time his son John was killed), and had given it to "Johnnie" when he was 12, the probable age of the gun is about 20-25 years old, putting it to have been made around the early to mid 1930's).
