This is the assembly of my Lufthansa A320-200. I bought this kit on amazon. The decals are from the Revell A320 Lufthansa Kit.

I've built my first plane lately, an IL62 called the Lady Agnes, it's a real plane that is now a museum in Germany that i visited. Turned out quite alright!

- Did you paint the windshield, or is that a decal?
- I noticed you applied decals over the open passenger windows. Was a lineup perfect, or is the another trick?

When you say 2 weeks to sand, how many hours of actual work goes in. I assume that would be just doing a bit of work on the model here and there over 2 weeks?

ANOTHER......Super Build...... your painting skills are quite good, as far as priming and giving your A/C that 'shiny' look!!! Using the sandpaper is 12.000 grit and how to work it is a Great tip.
Question: I know you only do planes, but do you think that the same method of primer, and sanding, painting ( leave alone for a few days ), re-sanding can work on Indy cars???

@@zockerj Thanks.... the reason being, the planes have a nice, Shiny exterior coat and I would think that with all the sanding, priming, sanding, and then painting, gives it a nice, shiny coat.....just like Indy cars.

Thank you!😄 I simply apply the masking tape onto the window and follow the lines (and the window‘s shape) while cutting out

Why do you paint the planes gray before turning them white
This is primer. It reveals imperfections and also the paint which get sprayed onto the primer has a better gloss effect and kinde bites into the primer✅
