@Arlin, I've been a keen observer and have meticulously followed your extensive coverage of southeast states. Below is my pecking order, from best to worst Infracstructurally: 1. Imo state - 1st 2. Enugu state - 2nd 3. Ebonyi state - 3rd 4. Anambra state - 4th 5. Abia state - 5th Abia's current revamp is well noted. However, years of neglect has caused severe decay which the governor is aggressively rectifying. @Arlin, Do you agree with this ranking?
