  • This video shows the process of Making a Damascus Leather Knife, leatherwork, I purchased the Damascus billet from a reputable eBay listing, and will put a link below, the ferule is made from standard copper pipe and the handle is mahogany, the blade was quenched with a standard blow torch in engine oil, then etched for two cycles in ferric chloride, followed by a 24 hour finishing coffee etch!
