Bonita has always been patient. Loving, and kind. She would have rescued and raised baby monkey from the beginning if sovanna wouldn't have been so scared.
I thought that maybe her mom also.. What is Sovna is actually belliona who was "lost" or another one maybe.. But seems like she is the only adult monkey even interested in her and not hurting her really.. And usually adult monkeys will attack and have nothing to do with a "pet"monkey like that.. Really made me think that she might be her real mom.. They can tell still from Years apart by the smell and facial expression..

I wish people would introduce more abandoned monkey's into King Sweet Pea's troop. They're troop is small now compared to the local troop's. Bonita is a very loving soul, especially to the little one's.

I read that the first generation of pig tails are dropped off pets. That’s not there native region. Everyday more little ones are dropped off....I can’t help but wonder if they being the gentler species of monkey there ....some how remember what it’s like to be dumped. They are much more accepting than macaques seem to be of dumped babies
