- Sometimes it's the small things that make all the difference in making your travel easier! That's what I'm here to show you in this video. How can you pack what you need without overpacking? What accessories can help lighten your load and streamline your luggage? How can you take care of your daily necessities while not taking too much stuff?
There are a LOT of travel accessories out there - some are cute but not practical. Some seem like they are necessary but not always. These are some of the things that I take with me so that everything goes smoothly but I don't need a porter to carry my luggage! I'm all about efficiency and practicality!
Here are the links for all of the things, in order, that I show in this video - many are affiliates, some are not.

I always carry a clothes pin, to close curtains to keep light out.
That's a great idea! I've also seen people bring hair claws for this.
Hi , this was such an informative video ! I really enjoyed it. Keep them coming. I'm a new subscriber .
Hi! Thank you for watching and subscribing! I'm glad it was useful. Let me know if there is any specific travel content you are interested in! Have a nice Sunday.
Thank you, great video. I almost every item saved in my cart!
Thank you! I hope everything works well for you! :)
I’m currently a US traveler and I always seem to overpack! My goal is to become an awesome packer. Your videos are different and helpful compared to other travel videos I have watched. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. Lisa
You are welcome! Glad you liked it. :)
I have a little mister fan, handheld. I live where it is very hot and this has been a life saver.
I love that! I'm in a very hot part of Europe right now and I have seen several people with these. Great idea!
Love your content, it’s a little different from others, and showcases unique but useful products. Thanks!
Thank you! My next video is going to be about unique types of lodging in Europe…a little different than this one but I hope you enjoy it!
I have those foldable hangers! First time ive seen anyone else with them!
They are amazing! Such a simple thing but incredibly useful.
I have those foldable hangars and love them. Many hotels & ships don’t have as many hangars as I need, especially if I share closet with my hubby. These are a travel gem
They are incredible useful!
Heading to Europe next month and your information is fabulous! Thanks for sharing!
So glad it was helpful to you! Have a fantastic trip to Europe!
Excellent video❤
Thank you that is so sweet! :)
Have you tried solid bar shampoo and conditioner? They are game changers.
I have! When I go on a hiking trip I'll use them. Which brand do you like?
Aspen Kay Conditioner works really well with my thick hair and BAMBOEARTH shampoo bars@@5MinuteTravel
For the UK, aim for Asda, Morrisons, Tesco instead of John Lewis.
Great advice! Thanks!
The adapter unfortunately won't work for all appliances in all the EU Countries. My husband is from the UK, and we travel there frequently to visit his family so I keep a UK Hairdryer and Flat Iron there. We went to Spain with his family this summer, and I brought my UK hair appliances (which were not dual voltage) with a similar adapter for the EU. Spain however, is on 110 v like the US instead of 220 v, so my Flat Iron would not would not heat up to full temp. Also, one of our English family brought a travel clothes steamer but it would not make steam because the voltage was too low. In cases like those, you would to either be using dual voltage appliances, or you would need a Voltage Transformer, which is definitely not convenient . YMMV depending on where in the EU.
Hi Angie - I need to comment here because I’m all about making sure that what is on my channel is accurate. All of Europe is on 220/230V and every country in mainland Europe uses a Type C adapter. I’m not sure what the issue was with your appliance but Spain is on 220 just like the rest of Europe.
great video, .what was the bag you put the water bottle into called?
Thanks! The company that makes it is called Minooy. I have a other video about that bag and am reviewing one of their other bags soon. They are great for travel!
Where is the list of items you talked about? You said down below but it is not there. Thank you
If you click the "more" link in the description, you'll see every item listed with a link. Let me know if you have questions! :)
Informative but hard to watch: you move the items TOO CLOSE to the camera
Sorry! This was one of the first videos I made when I was still learning. :)
