Here I tie a small Icelandic Willie Gunn variant of one of the world's most popular salmon flies. The fly can be tied on large or small hooks, as well as on a range of tube tubes types and Waddington shanks. It's s especially good for clear water.

For sure Seàn... chartreuse is a favourite colour to have on a fly if I know fish are coming in off the tide... I bet it works well on the Moy town beats! 😉
