How does the Easy Access Card Disneyland Paris work 🤔 Facility card or Orange card

- In today's video we tell you everything about the Easy Access Card (also known as Facility card).
If you have a recognized long-term chronic illness, you can access our attractions more easily (but not immediately). When you show your Easy Access Card and the accompanying 'appointment booklet' at an attraction, we will give you a reserved time slot to enjoy the attraction. After you have used this reservation, you can reserve another attraction.
To get your Easy Access Card you will need an original medical certificate in French or English, signed and stamped by a doctor and less than 3 months old, stating the long-term chronic illness and the number.
Below you will find a list of conditions with which you can use the Easy Access Card / Facility Card.
NB! If you have a disability certificate, you can request a Priority Card. This is a different card than the Facility Card/Easy Access card. The Priority Card gives you priority (but not immediate) access to attractions, shows, Selfies Spots, restaurants and boutique checkouts. Request your Priority Card when you arrive, or save time by requesting your card online 1 month before your visit! You must present an original document issued by the government or medical authority upon arrival to collect it. For a Priority Card a doctor's statement is not sufficient.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It makes us happy to see you back in the parks! Sending best wishes and love to Sven.
Great to see you back and hope Svens health is improving 🥰
So Happy to see your vlogs again!Prayers for your health!
Thank you 😊
Lovely to see you both back in the parks. Very kind of you to share this video and your experience. I imagine for some who are eligible for this card may have a level of anxiety or uncertainty with the process. However this was very informative and insightful. Hope you both are doing well. 🙂
Thank you! 😊 all is stable at the moment 👍
It makes me incredibly happy to see you in Disneyland Paris feeling better and I sincerely wish you both that everything turns out well. I truly wish you the best and I hope that you will be doing well for a long time to come.
Super interesting! Thank you for the explanation and it is also a great reminder that there are also invisible disabilities.
Thanks for showing us and I hope Sven is feeling good.
Thank you Tulips! And I'm still going strong. Especially with kind comments like yours 😁👍
You also can receive the Card at the reception of your disney hotel :) my sister always do that and that is so convienient :)
Thanks for the useful tip👍 If we stay in a resort hotel we'll be sure to make use of it. 😁👍
thank you for uploading a new, interesting, informative, and sunny video!
Another fun video! I'm going to Disney Paris in July since.. way before Covid, so before they changed their new Accesibility Card system in December last year. It seems to have become a LOT stricter.
I'm still as eligible as I was before the change, but it certainly took a moment to research and double-check.
After all of that I feel like I now know TOO much about how the new system works 🤭🤭
thanks for explaining this, we are heading to dlp next year, by the sounds of it think my son would get a priority card
We just recently went to DLP a little more than a month ago (Mid May 2022). Our oldest son has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and they provided him with a Green Facility Disability Pass, which gave our family direct access to the ride with no wait times. DLP has the best disability pass program of the three parks we've been to (DL Anaheim, WDW Orlando & DLP) for children & adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We wish that WDW and Disneyland in Anaheim had similar pass programs as DLP. All we needed was just a written statement from our son's physician and provided that at check-in at our DLP resort. You can do character meet & greets with your disability pass, but only the ones that are considered attractions (like the Mickey, Darth Vader & Princess Hall Meet and Greets).
Great to hear you had a great experience with the Easy Access Card!
Thanks for a really informative video - I had no idea about this, and it's going to be a huge help because we are going in 2024 with my parents who are in their late 70's and struggled last time with all the standing in line. My Mum will be able to get one of these cards so it will take the pressure off for both of them. I hope that your recovery is continuing to go well Sven.
Loved the ending! Was hilarious!
Thank you sooo much for this video!! I mean, I always apreciate your videos,
BUT since my partner is now somehow disable and cannot wait in the lines for long.
So your information in this video helps and encourages us A LOT! xox
Glad to hear that it was useful 👍
Back in the days this was way easier. You could just go to an exit and get on board of a ride instantly. My mom used it back in the day when she needed a wheelchair.
There is a similar card for when you are pregnant.
What was the problem with the character meeting? Do you need an extra card for this? What did you do „wrong“?
And can you always „queue up“ for only one attraction, or could you do more at once?
I'm heading to dlp in October and I have a condition which is eligible for the easy access card! Going to be sorting out a medical certificate soon
Very interesting! I’m so happy to see a new video! 😃 Twice 😉
Haha!! You've noticed 🤩 I made a bit of a editing mistake in the first upload 🙈 you've probably seen it?! 😰😰
@@SeeYouInMainstreet I’ve watched both videos but I didn’t realize any mistake. I paid attention, I promise! 😉
Sven you got told wrong! The priority pass is for meet and greet too! That cast member told you wrong
We'll try again!!💪👍😉
I love your videos and it's amazig to see you back in Disneyland Paris. I'm planning a trip to Disenyland Paris in October and your videos are a lot of help. One questions ... did Sven really just quote "Löwenzahn" at the end of the video with the "abschlalten"?! :D Loved it!
Das war in der Tat 'Lustig' gemeint.😜🤫
do you need 2 cards one for characters and one for rides
Are you able to get an easy access card if you are recovering from surgery?
So if you have an Easy Access card do you basically enter in all the Premier Access lines? Or do you find some rides you have to enter through the exit?
Hi Michael, good questions. If the ride has Premier Access, yes. If not, exit
Hello can yiu get the card at reception when you check into your hotel. My daughter has autism. ??
In your case you need to apply for a card through the Disneyland app
Does your doc have to write the number your illness is on your list, or is the name of the illness enough?
My sister suffer under depression (she has everything from her doctor) is this covered too / maybe by the priority card ?
Hi Franziska, we have the whole list in the description below the video. If you are still not sure, you could call Disney. Hope this helps.
The card used to work at some character meets. Why didn’t they let you??
Unknowing/ strickt CM? Or maybe the other locations had less strict CM's 🤷♂️
Wooooo!! Another one :D
Hi! I've been watching some of your vlogs this past few days trying to prepare our trip on September and had a question watching this video, is someone with anemia able to get an Easy access card? I'm not sure about that😅 thank you very much!!
Hi Rocío, Alpasic Anemia is on the list made by DLP. You can find all in the description of the video.
Hope this helps and have fun preparing your Disney trip!
Hi I was just wondering if the disabilities cover mental health conditions such Bipolar Disorder and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) please?
If you have any of these you should be eligible for an Easy Access card! In the list, number 23 ( listed as "Long-term psychiatric disorders") is likely to include either one or both of these. You'll still need your medical certificate signed by a medical doctor for it.
@@dinolore9131 ok thanks for this
asd is covered by priority pass not easy access luckily x
Thanks for the info!👍
But this is not the same ticket/pass you get if you have a "long term disability? I was told as i phoned disney that with a long term disability you do a pre demande for the priority pass and then come with an official (not from doctor or hospital) document and then you buy your ticket and get your priority card at entrance. So their are two different ways to have to get it
Edit ... ah ok one is called facility pass and the other one is priority pass ... now i understand :-)
How is sky city aprthotels Paris near Disney land plz tell ?
Haven't been there. Couldn't tell how it is. sorry .
But what they don’t tell you, is that you only can use the card for a limited amount of times… I only could use it for 4 times.
Hi Yves, if the booklet is full you can exchange the full one for a new booklet. You can go to guest service in City hall in the Disneyland park or at guest service in the front lot in Walt Disney Studios.
You said you pay for it but how much is it?
Hi Emporium, the only thing required is a valid letter from your physician or medical specialist signed AND stamped. No price tag.
Succes!
Sven
You forgot crohn disease in the list
ooooh no meets WoW
