    Yeah, you two are fun. I thoroughly enjoyed this, after just watching the first half of it accidentally. I've been watching fermenting and distilling videos for a bit now, and you haven't come on my radar.

    This is dope. Very informative. I use Erythritol for all my "backsweetening" for my meads and such. I'll definitely have to try this sometime soon.

      It’s good stuff! I’m trying to see how it compares to real sugar based sweeteners. So far it has lived up to its reputation of being comparable to real sugar.

    As someone who has made Mead for years, this is ridiculous and full of errors and really stupid techniques.
