This is dope. Very informative. I use Erythritol for all my "backsweetening" for my meads and such. I'll definitely have to try this sometime soon.
It’s good stuff! I’m trying to see how it compares to real sugar based sweeteners. So far it has lived up to its reputation of being comparable to real sugar.
