Another fantastic interview & hugely interesting. Like every other fan i'm obviously now just counting down to when season 2 might come out so looked at a 3 year period. Taking into account some of the figures toby mentioned as far as the working week on a project like BES has i worked out that for an 8 episode season 3 years would give you just 92 days (mon-fri) per episode which having watched the interviews BVM has done with jane wu, brian kesinger & toby wilson & the amount of logistical work along with the creative work needed to put a show like this together seems like absolutely no time at all! It's incredible what these amazing creative teams that produce these masterful shows are able to do in such little time. Sadly knowing that as we stand at the beginning of 2024 that the team isn't even assembled yet to work on season 2 i am thinking we'll probably not get a season 2 until late 2026 or probably more like 2027. Sigh. Thanks for another great vid BVM.
You're so right😢. I was thinking like if BES team took 4 years to make Season 1. So it will probably take another couple years to make Season 2. Nevertheless I'm patiently waiting for or Season 2😊
Excellent interview!!! One of my favorite parts was 37:54!! I agree with Toby! Animation creates magic that Live Action movie could never imitate. ❤❤❤. I can't wait for Season 2💪🏽👊🏽💥
