Fun fact that this video reminded me of. One of coworkers had a truck that couldn't go forward but could go backwards. So he put trailer brake lights on the front and lights on the rear bumper so he could see. He got pulled over for it several times.

All cars have to have a minimum of 20mph and they all have to drive in forward mostly (reverse is acceptable if you hit 50mph in reverse) class is D or C if you can makeC class slow enough and the track is the Goliath

In forza horizon 4 I made a Nissan truck that was off-road speck and when I maxed out the acceleration on all gears I made the top speed go from 145mph to the max being 11mph and with 10 gears

I did this with a few friends and we all opted for highest HP with the most broken gear ratios, the more vertical you can make those dyno gear lines the better

A good sequel to this would be the same challenge but not allowing any transmission/gearing tuning :P Straight up weight and crappiness.
Slowest vehicle for me is the polaris 4 wheeler that only has a top speed of like, 60 mph with upgrades.
Then set the final gear as low as possible.
Set your car’s gears to the value of your highest gear.
