I love playing Dancing With The Dead Music at night. There's a nuance/mystique to it that's just so fitting to the atmosphere.

@@dreye3215 Maybe because he's heard of it, maybe because he liked the band name or the album title, maybe because he was familiar with their other stuff and hadn't heard this one... there are tons of reasons why you would click something, besides liking the artwork.
I love that they always have these very good matching intros. This band is great.
This is one of my all-time favorite albums. So spooky and atmospheric. Feels like you're stuck in a diving suit in murky water, trudging through the mud and silt at the bottom of a lake at night. And there's something in the water, trying to grab onto you

Dance with the Dead is, in my opinion, the best band in its genre, and its a GREAT genre with a LOT of insane talent. Knockout album after knockout album. I don't know how the hell they do it. Easily my favorite band as well.
Moon Runner Just... Just does it for me. It's in my opinion the best track Dance With The Dead has ever made.

I've never really gotten into music before this band (I'm not counting the various videogame soundtracks I've fallen in love with though the years). Each of their albums gives a different feel as a whole (as opposed to picking favorite songs from each). The last track, No Survivors definitely put a damper on the epic journey I imagined the diver in the cover album was taking until that point. But that's how some horror movies end, right?

Incredible You could try Power Glove. He also did the OST for Blood Dragon, which has some horror influences in it.
And of course LazerHawks "Skull and Shark," by far the most horror and doom influenced retro album.
