Thank you for this amazing tutorial, I think you really condensed what makes Fuchs artwork technique and philosophy so iconic
That means a lot! Thank you!
Very nice Dan! When I was in art school, the modern triumvirate that we all emulated was Fuchs, Peak and English. Frazetta was high on the list as well. As far as heroes my family and I are Cubans so baseball ruled. We loved the Yankees and I still do. I've passed down that love for the Yankees to my daughters and they're big Yankee fans as well. Back in the day when I was growing up, we rooted for the Yanks, but also for all of the displaced pro Cuban ball players as well, Tony Oliva was the man in those days for us.
Thank you for all of this!
You're welcome buddy, I really enjoyed watching you work! @@DanielIbanez

Hey! You followed through. Much appreciated. Bernie would be proud of your insights.
Thank you my friend! 💪💪
Always a treat to see you work, Bon! I'm loving the analysis of Fuchs, and you've absolutely captured the spirit of his work with this one. Keep rockin', brother!
Thank you brother! Always love to hear from you!
I have a huge Sports Illustrated/sports mag collection. I know Bernie did several covers for SI but I'm having a hard time finding out how many he did. You wouldn't happen to know, would you?
I do not know. I will see what I can find out!
cool video. Can you do some watercolor poppies or daisies or a cottage scene in a forest?
I think I found a spot with some poppies today!
Great stuff again. I need to get more into the oils and custom brushes. Do you have a video that discusses brush creation? I need to make a scratch board rake, but I’m not sure where to start. The brush I made turns to crosshatching.
I will definitely make a custom brush video! Thank you and best wishes!
What is the brush and settings for the initial sketch, Thanks
