As a healer main, I really appreciate this content. And so many other streamers, even if they're wonderful on other roles, are frighteningly sub par when playing healer.
In all honesty, I think Li-mings Archon is actually an excellent lvl 20. It's not good for teamfighting so it doesn't improve that but it's great at either soaking/defending or sieging and can often help break the siege stalemate if games last this long. It works great vs. zerg waves, garden terror or spider queens pushing the base.
To answer your question; I think you cleanse the slow, not the lifesteal I don't think the lifesteal is conciderd a cc, therefore it shouldn't be cleansed. Haven't tried it so I can't confirm that's how it works, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
wouldn't it just be more dmg to use the other spells? For me the main usage of beam is to keep dmg going while your other spells are on cd, and cancel once they are up.
Leoric covering Li-Ming to prevent the heal at 9:55 was a pretty smart move even though I doubt that Leoric actually were trying to do that

Uther is good, it's just that the othe top meta healers(Stukov, Bwing, Anduin) are *too* good, so people gravitate towards them
