- Phil updates everyone about his recovery after back surgery - in graphic detail. Jase recalls a time when he had an almost deadly showdown with another preacher! The guys finish the text from the book of Mark and give their theories as to why the apostles could perform miracles. Al compares biblical accounts of the apostles to Phil’s experiences as a commercial fisherman, and Phil recounts times when he witnessed some miracles himself while on the river. Plus, Jase’s literal face-to-face experience with a cottonmouth snake!

I found your podcast in the summer of 2020 while I was recovering from major surgery. Your words of faith and encouragement helped me heal, as I listened to this every night while falling asleep. I have ordered several books as they have been written and published, and your podcast never fails to give me a laugh as well as a great insight in Scripture. I cannot thank you enough for doing this podcast. God bless you all, and thank you again.
I like the name The Blind. It has many meanings that are exemplified in Phil’s life and choices. I love it. Can’t wait to see THE BLIND.

Once again blessed by this podcast. I have been thinking about this topic so much. Thank you for explaining and sharing your wisdom. It truly helps a new believer like me. I don't want to get caught up looking for the signs and miss Jesus. He has given me signs, but even if he never gives me another sign the rest of my life Jesus alone has to be enough!

God spoke to me another night and said read about John the Baptist so now I’m on chapter 4 in John and he is showing me some things that I needed to see!
God does but audibly speak anymore. We have His word and it is sufficient.

Hey guys, I'm having a tough time with life. I don't have a dad but the Bible says that God is a father to the fatherless. But even with that I am struggling to understand what that means. Could you guys do an episode about how God is a father to the fatherless?
I’m happy to see Phil back and pray for his continued healing from his surgery. I support all that your family is doing. I’m almost a Mrs Kay in that I have three sons but they don’t always keep their beards. They remind me of Jase, Willie and Jep with the way they interact with each other. There was always antics going on between them while growing up and even now when we all get together. Two of them have made professions of faith and possibly the other as I’m unsure. I will be finding out bc it’s very important for me to know whether my family will all be in heaven together in death one day.

I know what back pain feels like i live everyday in extreme lower back pain and have had 5 surgeries with 1 more coming soon and I'm praying i get some relief
Hello Wayne Sligar I too have excruciating lower back and spine pain. I don't sleep well at night because of the pain. I've had some back surgeries as well. I'm worse now. I have collapsed disc. I just had two more surgeries cancelled, insurance company denied. It's really strange because they approved them in March. I prayed that God would answer me. I really didn't want any surgeries. When they got cancelled, I believe God has another plan for me. Praise God and I thank Jesus. I'll be praying for you as well. Can you comment on your back surgeries. I had a Rhizotomy that didn't work. Injections of all kinds. Nothing worked. Talked about doing 2 Via disc those got cancelled. Now talking about doing a "Mild" I don't know about that either. I was thinking about a Spine Stimulater. I don't know. I'll be praying for you and please say a prayer for me Wayne. Thank you for your post, the Auger 🙏 and God bless 🙏👍
@@theearthauger I'll be praying for you. I have a pain pump and electrical stimulator installed inside me and i have the bottom discs fused in 2006 and now they are going to fuse my hip and tail bone because a lot of my pain is coming from there
Hello Wayne thank you for your quick response. You had more surgeries than I. I will continue to keep you on my prayer list. I'm also going to have you put on the prayer list at my church. I had a herniated ruptured disc about 25 yrs ago. That hurt. When that disc ruptured it went down my right arm to my fingers. I literally thought a bolt of lightning went through me. It paralyzed my hand small section of it. And left me with no feelings in my thumb and forefinger. I can't feel paper, etc. Went to plastic cups because I dropped all the glasses and broke them. Well praise God I still can use my hand (right hand) so I'm thankful for that. I just want to say Thank you Wayne and I appreciate your time and fast response. God bless you my friend,. In my prayers the Auger 🙏👍
PS Wayne did the spine stimulator help you with all that pain you are in. Maybe it would help me. God only knows what pain you and I are in. I also have debilitating hip pain right side of me. I had a total hip replacement about 6 yrs ago. Did not go well and I still have pain on my left side. Currently dealing with a broken nose as well. Walked into a plate glass door at doctor's office. All the glass blended with the window next to it. Man, when it rains it pours. Well God bless you your in my prayers 🙏 the Auger 👍
