If you were to do this for an evening event, I would add lights to the letter.

I'm not crazy about the color combo. I would've added copper or orange metallic balloons instead of yellow to make it pop but complement the gold pvc pipes.
However, you can truly do no wrong!!!❤

Wow I was shocked by how similarly easy to make the letters with pvc tubes, but I think it is more expensive than with box-type cardboard, to fill with balloons, and a little more laborious, I hope you continue to upload pvc structures, since I have like 5 tubes of 6 meters hehe, greetings 🙏🏼🙃💙

I would remove mustard yellow or dark blue and simply work with one. Too many dominant colors as the “pop of color” maybe staying with just the darker blue and have added white to soften it. Looks good

You can get a cheap pipe cutter at any hardware store, my husband is a plumber and uses them all the time, the trick is to twist it around it.

A ratcheting PVC pipe cutter would make those cuts a lot easier and straighter if you plan to make others.

maybe mustard color is not matching. you could use grey, silver. blush. pastel pink.green. navy blue is also a plus. good job on a letter though. thanks to your dad👍

I thought you was going to put some balloons inside the D. I wish you would do the letter 6. Will be turning 64 and I need know how to get the measurement to do the 4 and 6. But that looked very pretty.

Thank you! Sometimes they can snap when looping over Bigger size balloons other than that they will last.
Soo I'm thinking adding more of the pampas grass to the corners of the letter D? Initially I thought maybe in the top left along with a few balloons but that was right before you added the balloons at the bottom. Or maybe adding something else in the right side that is made the same way you make the 3D letter. But I think it looks great the way you finished it off :) ideas are just too be extra
How much in advanced can the garland be created before the event? How long will the balloons last aired up?
Balloons for indoor parties can last for a long time, you can prep them 1-3 days in advance. For Outdoor balloon garland prep indoors 1-3 days in advance and then take it outside. Or inflate balloons outdoors before the party and decorate with them right the way.
please get you a pipe cutter, its $10 and so much safer and more precise than using a saw
