On several occasions Conan has talked about being the 3rd of 6 children and how that impacted his need for attention. By his account, he had good parents but his dad was busy with his medical and academic work and his mom was an attorney and dealing with having 6 kids in twelve years.

Andy got his start in improv comedy, whereas Conan got his in writing comedy
conan has a bit of an improv background as well though. he's talked about it before. i don't know when in the history of conan it happened so he probably was writing before this, but he lived in chicago with jeff garlin and john cusack's brother and did improv there for a while in his 20s

Wait I'm actually curious, I know in one sketch, Conan says they fired Aaron and he just hangs out still. Did they really get rid of him? Cause if so, that was a huge mistake. I never watched any clueless gamers, except the ones with Conan, Aaron and the one with Eijah Wood, the guests are trash and Conan and Aaron made it what it was.

I love how in our culture that 6 week’s paternity leave is considered excessive.
6 weeks *is* a long time for a man to be away from work... especially if his absence actually affects the way that the organization functions.
my workplace paternity leave is 4 days
It's really not right that fathers are given and expected to take less time off than mothers. It's basically society saying that fathers don't matter to the child.
In Northern Europe the father is often away 3 months.

Can we just have a live stream of the entire process of this show being made from the stage. As others have said, the jokes Conan makes while he's jsut sitting there are hilarious a lot of the time. Just give us a live stream so I have something to watch when I'm bored and need more Conan.

There's another on-air episode of Conan saying, whenever he tells his mom to watch a latest episode on TV, she asks him "Who's coming?" and Conan has to reply " it doesn't matter, I'M ON the show! Watch me!", implying she rarely watches it everyday. Even though her own son is on the episode daily , she doesn't follow it regularly.

Well, to be fair this is probably not all they were filming. The cast on stage might be waiting on props/tech being set up or taking a short break or something in the clip. But it seems like this is likely a small part of a rehersal of a show.
