Hi RedWheel hope you are well. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day and Please stay safe all who reads this and watches this video.🏴😁😷👍. Be the best you can be. Have fun with the new people who you meet. Make the day the best for all.
I switched from Bell to Virgin, not just because of the better deal. I switched because Bell treats their customers like garbage, and Virgin has always treated me like their #1 star customer. Big corporations have a choice; behave decently and have a good rep and retain happy customers, or lose unhappy customers.
The phone story is why I prefer my monthly renewal instead of a damn contract. If my phone breaks I don't have to get into contact with someone to cancel a contract/get a replacement, and I can pay the lowest price every month without needing to jump through hoops.
I've had to restart this video six times already as I was engrossed in the comments and missed parts of the stories! Hope everyone is well, love from Scotland.
Currently having that issue with my internet provider. Been busy talking to people here in my little town about switching to another service provider. Doesn't matter if it's worse, I just want to cost that company money.
About the time I got married and moved to my new home we were going to get DirecTV and I called to get it installed at my house. Well it turned out they thought I was someone else who still owned a hefty bill with them. I kept telling them I didn't live in so and so town, nor was my name Susan and the last name was spelled with a sen, instead of the son. They sent me bills since I had applied and was orginally approved for installation. Then came the phone calls from debt collectors and finally DirecTV finally found the real Susan and called to apologize to me. They said that they called the debt collectors that bought my debt and they sold it to someone else. I had to try and explain to them I am so so and so and everything was cleared with DirecTV but nothing gets changed. I am on my third phone number and haven't received any debt collectors calls, but my credit was ruined and the debt collectors refused to listen to me or anyone at DirecTV. It's a major pain in my ass.
My husband and his cousin have the same first and last name, but different middle initials. We've had problems before with them getting mixed up, but at least nothing that bad.
I had DirecTV for almost 10 years. The contract ended after the 1st year. When I cancelled it they added early termination fees to the final bill. I had already sent the final payment when I cancelled, kept getting bills for over $400.00. Never paid it. Now I keep getting offers to get DirecTV and AT&T. Had AT&T for my cell phone and when I switched carriers, kept getting bills for almost $500.00. Never paid that either as I didn't owe anything on either one.
Kinda figured it was AT&T. Was my first thought when I heard the beginning of the story. I had issues with them years ago. Told them to pound sand and have NEVER knowingly used any AT&T service since.
About 1st 1 - When I was young and naive I had a special project to do, but my boss (MB) kept telling me to put it off for what he felt were more important things. After awhile I was called to s meeting with MB and his boss (BB). BB asked me why the project wasn't done. I told him because MB told me to put it off. Of course, MB denied this. Aha. There was nothing I could say. Later, exactly the same thing was happening again. MB was VERY upset when I sent him a memo, CC BB, detailing what was happening. MB didn't do that stuff anymore.

Hope that's with Community Coffee, friend! Can't get the day going without it. When we moved from LA to Las Vegas, we started having it shipped to us every month.
I'd be telling everybody I knew to drop them like an ugly baby. I'd go on every social media outlet I have, making sure to @ them in each post. I'd plainly and clearly explain why they should be dropped, if at all possible. And if they tried to offer me anything, I'd say it was too late.
A totally unlimited phone plan in the UK, with unlimited calls, text and data is around 25 dollars a month or less, depending on carrier. Due to a loyalty bonus, one of my plans is half that.
Last story, Mobil operator A. Gods. I'd almost say that it was Sprint!!! Fought with them for over a year and got no where. Dumped them and went with a diff company. Even after canceling my acct they still gave me the shits!! Still charged me monthly for coverage that had been cancelled!! I took a hit for 'non-payment' of service I didn't have but they never collected and I have bad mouthed them badly for years now.
I did toss mine in a lake. Of course, I didn't mean to and followed it in. Wasn't able to find it. And my dog sat in the canoe and looked at me as if to say, you won't let me jump out of the canoe, so why do you get to?
On the last 1 the #'s don't add up. He said the town was paying $6,000/ mo, which is $73,000/yr. The Carrier B was 1/2 of Carrier A, which should be $3,000/mo, $36,000/yr for a savings of $36,000/yr At year end meeting he said switching saved the town $108,000/yr. Where did the extra $72,000 (108,000-36,000) come from?
The last story is utter B.S. The city was paying $6,000/month to Company A which is $72,000/year. How can they be saving $108,000/year? Are the other carriers paying the city $36,000/year to offer their services? I think not! Please do the basic math before posting such B.S.
Bet the bad phone company was Boost ,worst phone company ive ever dealt with
The guy in the last story should print out everything, and send it to to the mobile operator company. They need to see the cause and effect.
The last one was awesome. I would have called Carrier A back afterwards and let them know what happened.
AND . . .those reps in particular! . . .AND made sure that the Suits above them were made aware of the fiasco.

Well, you wouldn't expect Virgin to screw you, would you?

I hope the lawyer in the last story sent Mobile Company A a final letter, to let them know how much business their foolishness cost them. XD
I would make a point of calling them, and explaining why they lost so much money. And laugh.
A FB letter on the company's page would have greater impact, at least as long as it stayed up.

Legally when a company you owe money to sells your debt to another company you are no longer responsible for that debt

Heard the story before but then he did call it 'mobel operator A' he out right named them AT&T

I have a feeling that mobile operator A[ is a multi billion dollar corporation! And that a couple hundred thousand is not gonna do much.
Op should look for more ways to hurt the scumbag mobile operator. I'm certain he will find at least a couple issues.

Good Tuesday morning. Thanks RedWheel
Ugh, phone companies. I'd toss my cell in a lake, but then I'd just worry that nobody would be able to contact me in an emergency.
I did toss mine in a lake. Of course, I didn't mean to and followed it in. Wasn't able to find it.

Sounds like Mobile Operator A is AT&T...
Morning from Florida and another awesome video
Morning from Maui! Aloha!

Why do i feel like i know that ISP from the last story...

I was wondering that too.. Sounds like a fake story

Good morning everyone 😊 😊
Is it the second one like at&at store but the names changed
Having been mucked about by my phone company here, i rejoyced in the losses incurred by the phone company there. Greetings from ENGLAND
Three are pretty awesome. Really look after loyal customers.
A late hello from Yorkshire.
Why can he never pronounce "corroborated". It is not "corrAberated".
What are you smoking that you keep forgetting to get sign off's?
