As part of my education I also got business classes. Two rules of business according to my teachers is that it is *always* cheaper to keep customers than it is to find new ones and the same can be said about employees. Sure, senior/experienced full time employees are more expensive short term, but a fully trained employee will make up that expense in the long run versus a new, green and inexperienced employee who will need training and experience-building before getting even close to the effectiveness of a long-time employee.
This is what happens with an inverse power structure. All the actual work happens on the ground floor, but all the responsibility happens further up the tower. So basically, the people who actually do the work, don't get to choose who keeps their job, but the guy at the top who has no idea how the company works, and who _also_ gets to make sweeping changes that affect everyone below him, is able to fire whoever he pleases. Same goes for jobs: We're in a current, worrying habit of creating superfluous managerial positions. CEO, vice CEO, marketing analytics, senior executive of treasure reporting, on and on, in order to create high paying jobs that have relatively little workload. Meanwhile, the people on the bottom, the foundation of the entire company, are being let go, and paid less to do more. And it doesn't take an engineering degree to tell you what happens when you keep piling stuff up on top, while weakening the foundations of a building.

As soon as you said "go beyond," I imagined All Might as a maintenance man and bellowing a massive laugh after they asked him for his notebook and then again after asking him to write down the maintenance procedures.
I worked the box store for 13 years taking carts in and service. Thanks to these story's I just realized how evil some of the managers were. I would constantly be yelled at for the stupidest things and they always believed the snobby customers. I realize now that they yelled at me so no one would see all the wrong that they were doing behind everyone's back. They used me as a distraction. Eventually they were caught and fired.

I think that last one was more of a nuclear revenge. My god, the guy lost his house, owed 500k to the government, and move back in with his parents at 40. XD. All because of her
It wasn’t because of her; it was his actions and inactions that caused his downfall. She merely reported his illegal actions to legal authorities, including the IRS. He was a scumbag who defrauded old people.
He should have kept the notebook and just flat out told them he wouldn't give it to them. Make them assault you if they want it that bad and press charges.
(OP with the scammer)hate to say it but op brought it on herself, I can't speak for her ex husband but if he really did love her then all she had to do was tell him how she felt and work it out with him, since society pressures men to be what they believe is strong it tends to leave men emotional detached, if that's the case helping him work through it and supporting him she'd have seen a complete turn around, women seem to forget that men have feelings and struggles to and I've known so many guys just get broken down because their girlfriend dismisses his feelings and then when he's drained and cant respond emotionally he gets upset and yells that he's not responding to her feelings.
My dad is a highly qualified refridgeration mecanic. Aka an HVAC technician. He spent my entire life up to his medical retirement 9 years ago working for a company in the Aerospace and Military contract field. In spite of the 30+ years of training, education, and experience. "Management" - the company changed ownership several times. Was constantly trying to increase their profit. For those of you who don't know corporate speech this is more commonly known as lay offs and cutting insurance and retirement benefits and devaluing "fringe" jobs AKA not management. For senior employees like my dad whose pay they couldn't cut. They cut experienced employees so they could be replaced with cheaper laborers. My dad wasn't at all sorry for them when they tried to get him to come back and help train the new guys. (He said no by the way). Not long afterwards the company got bought out again -they were devaluing the company and in financial trouble. The new owners seem to be doing a much better job of being productive vs. profit mongers. For anyone who doesn't know a "mechanic". HVAC stands for Heating, Vents, and Air Conditioning. Technicians aren't just responsible for climate control. In his job my dad had to maintain complicated systems responsible for the safety of people working with unstable materials required to building rocket motors, missiles, and other rather confidential projects. In order to do his job he had to pass at least 3 government security checks (I'm pretty sure that's more than your average FBI agent). He has to understand mechanical blueprints, do the work of an electrician, a chemist , and know how to safely handle hazardous materials of many types. He is also a qualified fireman. If they had a college degree that was roughly equivalent he would probably have 2 doctorates with specialties or maybe 3 master's degrees. This is what it takes to do a blue collar job. How is it that society thinks a 4 year bachelors degree graduate is even slightly smarter than that ?
The first story kinda reminded me of my own firing more than 15 years ago. So they fired me but offered me to come on Saturday to do an revision and stock counting, "there will be a free pizza yo" they said. I laughed and escorted myself out.
How so? if your talking about demonetization, RUclips hates doing it because they also don't get paid by advertisers. (Because ads aren't displayed) They don't take anyone's money. If you're going to make a joke, at least make it true so its funny
Yes! I had some experiences like that. Some large companies spend millions on management but scrimp in the technical staff that has to do the work. High management does not give a toss and middle management effectively robs the company!
So the lady in the second story divorced a guy that treats her decently because she thinks he is boring in favour of a love scammer that makes her feel "amazing"? She deserves every bit of misfortune she had in the story.
I think its a case of love languages not matching up. His love language seems to be act of service. Her love language seems to be physical touch. Proper communication could have fixed it.

That maintenance guy story reminds me of an incident. My dad was in the power industry as the head of sales department. The company was doing very well, cuz my dad helped them open up their market in the south east Asia, and he alone managed the entire south east client base, building contacts and growing the market. My dad's original boss was a very nice guy, our families went out for dinner and stuff many times. But one day, the nice boss is transferred to another department and enters douche boss(DB). He came from the accounts department, and as an accounting guy myself, I know how crazy and delusional they can be. So, as soon as DB takes charge, he sends a very long email stating his expectations, and how he is going to improve the department. Dad doesn't care cuz all he has to do is maintain his client base. DB knew what dad contributed to the company, and knew he was an invaluable asset as he also had almost opened a market for the company in Europe. This meant a lot of travelling. He was away from home for atleast 10 days in a month(it was tough for us, but we supported him) So obviously, he was also the most expensive employee, due to constant flights, hotel bills, food bills etc. And he never took advantage of the company, never travelled in business class, never had food in expensive restaurants, used public transport whenever possible. And even if he cost a lot to the company, he covered it all with the huge inflow of clients and projects. Anyway, the DB knows all of this, but he hates my dad cuz even tho dad is technically a subordinate, DB can't say a word to him. So for some reason he starts making office hell for my dad. Like giving negative reviews in monthly reports, not telling him about meetings and then cussing him out for not showing up, and other things. Eventually it came to a point where dad was in review for being fired, and he went in to the meeting and just said, "you lose me? You gonna regret it". Turns out the management thought any1 can do what my dad does, and can be paid much lower, so they fire him very disrespectfully. Dad is very disappointed at first, but then gets a job offer. Job offer comes from the rival company, for double the salary, and many benefits. He takes it, shifts his clientèle to the new company and the old company watches in horror as almost 80 per cent of their clients just dissappear.
I really like that maintenance guy story. Nice guy, dedicated to his job, AND very smart about management intending to fuck him over and sabotaging their attempt to do so. That man's a legend.
I love it when you hear a story about a company wanting to sue someone over information that was compiled and databased by someone on their own time so that they can make their own job easier. The bosses don't care about the personal time that it took the employee to build the database, just assuming that the database is company property. Then they don't want to pay a fair market value for the product. They know that they won't be the poor schleps that have to be digging through the paperwork to get in needed information. They'll just be the whip holders demanding that the employees search faster, without the benefit of the needed tools for efficiency, that they refuse to pay for.
Boss: Were Rich and We don't have cash to pay workers Soooo Your Fired Me: Ok *Hands in badge* Boss: Hand over your Info Notebook Me: *Already shredding it* Oops Sorry
The maintenance guy, I have met a select few in my long life. I also unfortunately know of the legal aspects of his notebook. This is called propriety information and he is correct, unless it was done on with or paid for by the company it is his intellectual property. I have to take my hat off to this guy because he used his brain when the company used its greed. CC BTW, had they retrieved the notebook he would have had a huge lawsuit.

6:29 My boyfriend was once fired by a major electronics store because he refused to work more hours on days he worked at another job.... key point though... they wanted to keep him at part-time pay and benefits but make him work full time. "Give us more hours or you're fired!" They told him as soon as he came into work that day. He asked does this mean they will make him full-time? No? So he gave them his badge and turned to leave. "Wait... you're going to work your scheduled hours today... right?" "What? You fired me. I'm going home." So he went home and became full time at his other job.
@asm2750 @GD Gamez I disagree. There's the third option of finding a person better suited to her needs. Settling is surviving, not living. Life is too short to squander the ability to find love that fulfills you. Both of them deserved to find relationships where all parties would be satisfied and content.
@@daniellepullman4074 "deserved" is a highly operative word, and you know that. Life never works the way we think it will. There's a lot of times you see that green lawn on the other side of the fence and, yeah, it is better. There's also the times when its green from lead based paints, and you end up hospitalized, questioning why you took what you had for granted.
@suprtroopr1028 It doesn't change my statement. A person can be a good person without being the *right* person. Was the previous relationship healthier? Definitely. Was it the right investment for a lifetime? That was up to them to decide, not any of us. We all have different standards of mental and emotional needs.

I am not an official mc donalds representative. Damn the maintenance guy is cool, me and two others did this for a mc donalds we all did basic cleaning, switch drink boxes, filling up napkins, taking out trash, dishes, putting ice in the soda machine, Windows, stock relay, stock ordering, switching out ketchup, filling up the ice cream machine, then for detail work I cleaned black mold from under the soda machine (first time from years of build up it took me 6 hours to clean up), black mold from the drinking taps, the mold is black just because it was just soda sap (found out the excess sap hose wasn't fixed so it had mold under the soda machine), detailing the playground, detailing tables and chairs (I later found out the soft wall mounted ones are empty tinkered and found out how to clean the bottom), helped trouble shoot the wall tablets if possible, cooling down the soda machine, unloading gas tanks and store goods, sweep and Detail the floor. Restromes, and door cleaning (they hardly ever made a creaking sound) I got plenty of tips from customers, but the store policy is no one can accept tips. (Being an honest worker I didn't accept it. but my question is why can't we just put it towards the fund raiser box?) If you ever notice a clean store please apricciate the detailed work, and tell the manager or store manager how nice the store is and how clean it is. I loved working there, and I'm always open to working there. I got along with every one. I was reminded when I saw the eldest cleaner he is doing good and got a delivery job, and the store manager is doing great. If anyone from mc donalds sees this use it to improve, also the people in my area 'hate' the nokeas, and it's even worse because you have to fight to get attention at the counters, even at times workers tell customers to just use the notekeas forgetting they are employed to serve the customers, currently I'm near one that has a single poor women running night shifts sometimes singlehandedly and sadly it is a 24 hour open mc donalds.
Education time for those who don't know what's going on: RUclips makes sure views and watch time is organic and not artificial using bots. So, all views are screened before the counter is updated to make sure they're not fake as views and watchtime correlate directly to money when it comes to RUclips. Likes aren't as important because they don't directly influence economics, so they're updated first, and screened later to throw away the fakes. And that is why for a few minutes after a video is uploaded, it can show more likes than views.
I used to work in the ... *cough cough* "Bal-Mart" Deli and was notorious for creating new, more efficient, and more safe workplace practices that our department manager was impressed with and implemented within our department for the other employees to use as all of the other employees in this department were elderly women and I tailored these practices around them so that it would make everything easier for them. Everyone gave me credit for it except for the assistant store manager and the store manager who gave all the credit to the department manager who did nothing to affirm that it was me who did all the work when they asked who did it. The same department manager who praised me for a job well done, was kissing up to the big bosses and taking credit for MY efforts. I didn't make up any new workplace practices after that and weeks later, the department manager resigned. I started up my practices again and this time the new department manager gave credit where credit was due. I ended up having to resign from that job for one that was closer to my house.

No kidding, though sometimes I wonder how these people on prorevenge find out such specific details on how what they did effected the person in the outcome sometimes it's just info that isn't released to the public and I'm just clueless on how they find out so much about a person's personal financial discrepancies as if they can just call the government and ask.

Hi Izuku ☺️🖐🏾💚
"you are time and stuff is my property" its so cute how you tried to use grammar but failed.

That store is probably gone by now. I seen it happen all the time, they start cutting the costs from the one place they can't afford to cut any costs, like experienced people doing the work. Managers are expendable, the guy holding your place together is not.

That first story is absolutely amazing, one of the best you've read by far.
Lmao, I cant get this out of my head:
“Good morning employee! You’re fired.”
Compete agree she deserved everything terrible that happened to her and I hope she doesn't get any of that money back. She lied to the IRS silke his SSI card, cheated on her husband and put a financial hardship on 2 men, 1 who deserved it and one who was innocent.
She divorced her husband, and met the scammer guy after she’d divorced. She didn’t leave her husband for him.

“You miss me? I miss that money you owe. That’s why I’ll be getting it from that Apartment job you have. Yes, I know you’re living with your parents now, who do you think put you there?”
He was away from home for atleast 10 days in a month(it was tough for us, but we supported him)
So obviously, he was also the most expensive employee, due to constant flights, hotel bills, food bills etc.

Loved these two!
You should have ended it with " please give me another cheque..I mean chance!" 😅
On that first story, MG desrved a promotion, raise in pay and a proper staff. Too bad "management" couldn't see that!
These bosses seem like they would be on r/ChoosingBeggars
This is a perfect example of how a employer (no matter how big or small the company) can take advantage of people there to actually do their job.

@asm2750 @GD Gamez I disagree. There's the third option of finding a person better suited to her needs. Settling is surviving, not living. Life is too short to squander the ability to find love that fulfills you.

@@daniellepullman4074 This makes me change my mind but i still agree with both

Restromes, and door cleaning (they hardly ever made a creaking sound)
I got plenty of tips from customers, but the store policy is no one can accept tips. (Being an honest worker I didn't accept it. but my question is why can't we just put it towards the fund raiser box?)
If you ever notice a clean store please apricciate the detailed work, and tell the manager or store manager how nice the store is and how clean it is.
