*Stop wasting your time complaining* “People visit a wise man complaining about the same problems over and over again. One day, he decided to tell them a joke and they all roared with laughter. After a few minutes, he told them the same joke and only a few of them smiled. Then he told the same joke for a third time, but no one laughed or smiled anymore. The wise man smiled and said: ‘You can’t laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you always crying about the same problem?'” Instead of complaining, seek solution. I LOVE YOU ❤️
9) Take time out of your day to make the world a better place: Show someone that you value him/her. Do a good deed/be a mensch. Help someone/make a difference in his/her life. Be the change you would like to see in the world. Add positive energy to this mortal plane. Great video, btw.
Along the lines of meditation, the first step for me is to find a quiet spot and just sit there. I’ve been known to pull into the garage after a long day, shut off the engine, close the garage door and allow myself to simply sit in the quiet cocoon of the car. So helpful.
Mindfulness is a superpower. You don't need to do everything in this list, pick one or two things you think you would enjoy, don't overwhelm yourself. 🍀
Bro, i was 17-18 watching some self-improvements videos on YT, i was not used to reading books. Now im 22 and i read tons of self-improvement books, bruh these videos are just the same thing, i can't believe these videos summarize a 200 page book in 5 minute, WHILE ACTUALLY trying to tell the tips in a very simple way.
Thanks! I'm trying to learn how to inhale and exhale again, and fight the overwhelming monsters in my life. This gave me a few concrete things I can do. I love the idea of setting a 20 minute timer while cleaning.
And I think another important factor is LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE UNAVAILABLE AT CERTAIN TIME INTERVALS, unless it's an ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY. Perhaps if you have a landline or maybe you can get an "emergency phone", a phone that doesn't use WI-FI so that if someone is trying to reach you, they should call (or call me request) or text offline. If you get a notification on that phone, it means it's urgent.
I saw that you are running a good I saw that you are running a good youtube channel. Congratulations for that. I'm a whiteboard animator and I would like to join your team as a freelance whiteboard animator. If you would like to hire me, Please let me know. Thank you! Looking for a positive response from you!
