Do you have any guides on setting up Active Directory Certificate Services (Certificate Authority, issuing certificates)?

When you try and connect to another network from your internal network, the connection will go through your default gateway.
In some cases, you might have more than one router on the internal network. Creating a static route will enable you to direct traffic for specific ip addresses or subnets through a different router than your default gateway.
