      @@Harshit-ng8xfonly a month? Train at least for a couple years and ask him again. You’re like beginner beginner. Unless you’ve been training something else before hand.

      @@LCraZ2ndchannel actually I am not a begginer, I have sparred with kickboxers, it's more than a year I left my karate training I am saying that in that one year I have combined my karate with different martial arts with a decent amount of practice

    The stretching program is TOP🔥 I’m now finishing the third week. This is challenging for me as I trained with weights for 20+ years, squat >200kg etc 😅 But this program really works and explanation is Top, highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve🔥
    Great video, also what might be useful for me personally is videos on how to use the certain kicks when sparring if that’s something you might consider creating in the future. Appreciate the tips the program works!

    Want Power? Kick THROUGH the opponent
    Want Speed? Bounce with your toes, as you can easily get it up faster, but when the whole foot is touching the ground, it will be a bit slower

    Thanks for sharing these few exercises with us Nat, I'm soon going to put some of them into practice 💪 for now i'm going to concentrate more on the 2nd and the 4th because there's still a lot of work to do as far as concern my legs' flexibility 🫣 (I confess You that trying to switch on/off a light with your kick can be a real pain in the a** at the beginning 😵 but consistency will repay me for sure). By the way, it would be a great idea to share more contents like that in the future, so i agree😉.
    Do you really recommend to do these exercises 7 days a week? Isn't it too much (just asking, no provocation!🙌) ?

    One thing though, when you're using your arms for momentum, it stops the hips from rotating over, which removes a bit of power

      @@bkbk0809probably. It takes some time. But imagine your arms as counter weights. Acting like a rubber band. As you throw your arms back you rotate your hip.

    Hey Nat, what about 'static' exercises like Ma-bu (or Kiba-dachi if you like, hello - former karate practicioner here 🙂) with added elements? I mean most of the times I also did Ma-bu and tried to hold it for a while (up to point I started to feel my hamstrings) and also throwing punches or in my current interpretation throwing cuts with a longsword / katana / rapier (it depends on what I need and want to do with my arms at time of holding Ma-bu)

    Those pyramid exercises set your legs on fire. Every time I do the side-kick pyramid I want to cry becuase after 1 set my legs are dead😂.

    nice, you do seem kind of stiff in most kicks or stretches, that is normal with working to reform or train your muscles for martial arts. I'd like to see you working for your spinal stretches and building your muscles for cleaner kicks and to be more fluid with your motions. "be like water"

      @@nathearnYou're welcome and I know how you feel, where I am from, when winter comes it is a cold like a lot, and metal expands and it is very hard sometimes to lock it, mine locks to left, the handle turns very hardly, it okay door but electric is better, this one you gotta manual the f**k out of it each time.
