Farewell Thomas Town at Kennywood (2018-2025) | Full Tour

It has been recently discovered that Thomas Town at Kennywood will be closed indefinitely. Let's take a retrospective tour of Thomas Town throughout the years.
This children's themed area based around the popular Thomas and Friends television show and toys opened at Kennywood on July 27th, 2018. On top of the #1 useful engine taking over the Old Kennywood Railroad, Thomas Town included a gift shop, indoor playground, party venue, an outdoor show, and 4 rides: Flynn's Fire Training, Diesel Drivers, Harold's Helicopter Tours, and Cranky's Drop Tower. Thomas Town's final day of operation was on January 1st, 2025. Plans for pre-existing rides and structures have not been revealed.
