My family went to Uganda 2 weeks ago. I shared din about puso ng saging. Nagulat din sila na pwede lutuin at kainin yun. Hehe By the way, magagaling sila mag-English, more on British English accent yung ginagamit nila. Malawak ang vocabulary nila ❤️ 🧡 💛 Parang Pilipinas, iba-iba din ang language nila. Yung host namin doon may kinausap na isang Ugandan gamit ang Lugandan language then, hindi naintindihan ng kausap nya kaya nag-switch sya sa English. At yun nasagot ang question ng host namin and then they continue communicating in full English.

I actually cried po because I was thankful to God for the wonderful experience and to witness the kids worshipping God. Kids are so grateful to God in spite of their poor and difficult situations sa remote area po.

You should have put them in the blender first (coarsely ground) before adding the flour and egg and seasonings, and make sure to add beef fat so it will taste like a beef burger. This is what we experimented on during my culinary class and we call it "BEYOND BEEF BURGER"'.
