Getting Started with the Vertex AI Gemini API and Python SDK || [GSP1209] || Solution

in my case "vertex-ai-jupyterlab" is visible in Instance tab not in " user_managed notebooks". also it shows some warning like ,The new Workbench Instances bring the features of Managed and User-Managed Notebooks into a single offering.
How to detect this issue ?

Solution 😊( kuch step remove hai ) ya hata diya hai
1 click instance
2 click jupiter lab
3 click intro jemini python
Then submit id and region and run all 👌
